Of Watford, on Thursday, September 14th, 2006 in his 79th year. Beloved husband of Jane (née HUYBEN.) Dear father of Ken PETERS, John and Mary Ellen PETERS, Irene PARKES, Rieta and Tim COLEMAN, Deborah and Ron DOWNIE and Linda and Guy BREAULT. Cherished Opa of Laurie, Jeff, Julie, Kevin PETERS, Kayla PETERS, Sonny, Dustin and Chantal PARKES, Greg, Tyler and Cody COLEMAN, Dylan and Denny DOWNIE, Melina and Jamie BREAULT. Dear great-grandfather of Jacinda and Damon JANSEN. Harry is also survived by his brother Joe of Wingham and seven brothers and sisters in Holland. Brother-in-law of Petra VAN GORP and the late Peter VAN GORP of Watford. Predeceased by his son-in-law Mike PARKES, daughter-in-law Linda PETERS and grand_son Brent PETERS. Visitation will be held at the Harper Funeral Home in Watford on Sunday, September 17th, 2006 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, September 18th, 2006 with Fr. R. SALDANHA Celebrant at Our Lady Help of Christians Church with Interment to follow at Watford Catholic Cemetery. Passed away Saturday, May 27th, 2006 at Tyndall Nursing Home in the presence of her husband of 71 years, Maurice and their three daughters. Born in Birkenhead, England on February 6th, 1917, she will be sadly missed by her daughters Maureen and husband Robert FENNING, Gail and husband Burt CLAPPERTON, Michelle HUYCKE, ten grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren. Mass of Resurrection will be celebrated at All Saints Roman Catholic Church, Royal York Rd. and LaRose Ave., on Thursday, June 1st at 11: 30 a.m. Private interment at a later date.

Jacoba KAAKE, wife of the late Herman William KAAKE and formerly of Red Wing, passed away in Kitchener on Tuesday February 28th, 2006 in her 75th year. Jacoba was born in Holland a daughter of the late Leendert and Aartje HUYGEN formerly of Meaford. Mother of Audri MELTON (Roger GOETZ) of Waterloo, Charlie KAAKE of Richmond Hill, and Nancy KAAKE (Tom GOBEIL) of Noelville. Grandmother of Kendri and Jillian, Bonnie, Billy, Alex and Misty and great-grandmother of two. Sister of Rika (Bill) HARTLEY of Toronto and predeceased by brothers William and Elias HUYGEN. Funeral and committal services will be conducted at the Ferguson Funeral Home, The Valley Chapel, 20 Alice Street East in Thornbury on Saturday March 4th at 11: 00 a.m. with visiting the hour prior to service. Interment at Thornbury-Clarksburg Union Cemetery. As your expression of sympathy, donations to a charity of your choice would be appreciated.

Passed away peacefully at the Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital on Wednesday, June 14, 2006 in his 59th year. Klaas W. VERBOOM of Parkhill, beloved husband and best friend of Paulette (CAHILL.) Survived by sons Bill HINDLE (Brenda,) Douwe VERBOOM (Michelle,) step-son Chris CAHILL (Tanya.) son of Margaret and the late Tony Sr. (1997.) Brother of Tony (Judy,) Betty (John) HUYGEN. Predeceased by twin brother John (1986.) Grandfather to Nick and Cooper CAHILL. Uncle to Robert, Richard, Douglas and Rebecca. Survived by family in Northern Ontario and the Netherlands. The art world and London have suffered a great loss. A memorial service will be conducted on Saturday, June 17th at 2: 00 p.m. at the M. Box and son Funeral Home, 183 Broad Street, Parkhill. A memorial visitation on Friday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Epilepsy Canada and Canadian Cancer Society. Canon Philip (Cheryl,) Jim (Debbie MIDA) and Anita COOK (the late Ron.) Dear grandfather of Shannon HADAYA (Elias) and Lydia, Jamie (Sylvia) and Gloria TUCK (Ken,) Bradley, Terri-Lynn (Patrick) McGUIRE and Lianne (Phuong) HUYNH and a growing number of great-grandchildren. Will be sadly missed by his extended family and Friends. A special thanks to the staff and residents of Hampton Terrace and all his Friends at Tim Hortons.
