CHWIECKO, Wladyslaw " Walter"
With God's blessing, we celebrate the memory of Wladyslaw "Walter" CHWIECKO who passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on Thursday, April 13, 2006 in his 78th year after a brave and courageous battle with cancer. Born in Poland on August 28, 1928, Wladyslaw arrived in Canada in 1949 to start a new life. Wladyslaw will forever be remembered by his wife of 53 years, Anastazja (ANDRONOWICZ.) He is also survived by his children and their families including Richard (son) and Lorraine and grandchildren Aleksy, Andrzej and Alyssa; Henry (son) and Michelle; Barbara (daughter) and Arthur Warchol and grandchildren Adam, Brandon, Brittany and Brianna. Brother of Helen KLUKA of Poland, Bronislawa HULANICKI (Ted) and Chester CHWIECKO (Krystyna) of London. Brother-in-law of Wladyslaw ANDRONOWICZ. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his sister Lucy ALASZKIEWICZ. Wladyslaw will be sadly missed and fondly remembered for all the benevolent work he did, by his dedication to the S.P.K. Polish Combatants Association, his church, the Polish school and community and the many lives he touched. The family will receive visitors on Monday from 2: 00-4:00 p.m. and 7:00-9:00 p.m. in the O'Neil Funeral Home, 350 William St. (South of King). The Funeral Mass will be celebrated in Our Lady of Czestochowa Church (419 Hill St.) on Tuesday at 10: 00 a.m. Interment in Saint Peter's Cemetery. Prayers Monday at 7: 00 p.m.

Of London passed away at Elmwood Place Retirement Community on Tuesday, October 3, 2006 in her 81st year. Beloved wife of the late Bruce WALKER (1999.) Dear mother of Glenn WALKER of Norwich, Sylvia WALKER of Oakville and Kevin WALKER of Welland. Loving Grandmother of Sean WALKER. Also survived by her brothers Harley ROBINSON (Claudine) of Kitchener, Dalton ROBINSON (Kay) of Saskatoon. Predeceased by her brother Lyle ROBINSON and his wife Eleanor and Dorothea WALKER, Miriam WALKER- HULET and her husband Jack, Paul WALKER and John WALKER. Missed by her several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. Lillian's mother died at an early age and then she lived with her aunt Jenny SMALL in Eden. She started her working life in the tobacco fields at Eden. She also worked at the Borden's Plant and in the Tillsonburg Hospital with her cousin Millie SMALL. Visitation will be held on Thursday from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. at the A. Millard George Funeral Home, 60 Ridout Street South, London. Suddenly at University Hospital, London on Monday, March 20, 2006, Jack Ernest BRESETT, age 67 of Lake Valley Grove, Lambton Shores passed away surrounded by his loving family. Best friend and loving husband of Shirley (BUCHSER.) Dearly loved father of Brenda and Lanny HULL, Victor and Kathy BRESETT and Gerald BRESETT. Devoted grandfather of Adam and Amy HULL, Victoria, Josh and Mason BRESETT. Cherished uncle of several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his brother Ross, and sisters Mary and Alison. Jack was born in Sarnia on September 24, 1938. Jack was the Business Manager for Local 23 Bricklayer and a 50 year life member of Brick and Allied Craft Union. Jack was recognized as a gifted mason in the bricklayer trade. Jack was a proud grandfather who provided support and encouragement to all of his grandchildren. At Jack's request cremation has taken place and a private service will be held for family. HULL, Robert James " Bob"
Passed away in his home in West Vancouver on December 26, 2006. Left to miss him are daughter, Nanci DONOHUE of California, daughter Sandra SANDER of West Vancouver, son James HULL of Victoria, and their mother Bonnie. He is survived by his beloved partner, Ursula VERTONE of West Vancouver. Bob was tremendously proud of his 10 grandchildren, Devon, Shayna, Shellbee, Hailey, Brayden, Kaid, Tyra, Milan, Troy and Jayme. He will be lovingly remembered by his siblings: Joyce LOW/LOWE/LOUGH, Marilyn STRADECKI and Tom HULL of Saskatchewan. Bob served the public and police community for 42 years. He proudly served the Royal Canadian Mounted Police for 25 years retiring from E Division as a Staff Sgt. Bob continued his commitment to the police community for an additional 17 years as Director of the Police Academy, Justice Institute. Bob was a founding father of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police Emergency Response Team team. Not only did he change the face of policing in Canada he touched many lives in a profound way. He led by an example of excellence, was a leader, a teacher, and a force to be reckoned with. Family was foremost to Bob, and he was a loyal friend. He saw the best in everyone and every situation. Incredible sense of humour, quick wit, integrity, strength of character, compassion and dedication - these were synonymous with Bob HULL. Those who knew him will remember the many 'Hullisms' that made us all smile. The world was a better place with him in it. Bob will be greatly missed. A Memorial Service in Celebration of Bob's Life will be held at the Justice Institute of British Columbia, 715 McBride Blvd, New Westminster, British Columbia at 1: 00 p.m. January 6th 2007. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Justice Institute of British Columbia Foundation Endowment Fund for The Advancement of Police Education and Research in Memory of Bob HULL. HULL, J. Ross (1920-2006)
Passed away peacefully at Sunnyside Home, Kitchener, on Saturday, January 14, 2006 at the age of 85. Ross was born in Toronto, the son of the late William HULL and Cynthia ROONEY. He attended Humberside Collegiate. During World War 2 he served with the Royal Canadian Air Force in England, France, Belgium, Holland, Denmark and northern Germany. He married Joan ANDREWS in 1947. After graduating from the University of Toronto in Mechanical Engineering in 1950, he worked for Foreman and Pratt in Toronto until 1963, and for Babcock-Wilcox in Cambridge until his retirement in 1985. Survived by his sons Kenneth HULL (Marianne MELLINGER) of Kitchener and Stephen (Tricia THORPE) of Bristol, England grandchildren Melanie (Nathan NUGENT,) Diana (Frederic CAVINE,) Christopher and Matthew; great-grand_son Anthony. Predeceased by his wife of 57 years, Joan (August 2004), and his three brothers William, Gilbert and Gordon. Friends are invited to the visitation at the Edward R. Good Funeral Home, 171 King Street South, Waterloo, from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Friday, January 20, 2006. Beloved wife of Bob passed away in Calgary on Tuesday, December 20th, 2005 at the age of 59 years, after a brief struggle with cancer. Besides her loving husband, Joanne is survived by sons, Adam and his partner Kyla McGILLIS and Michael all of Calgary, and daughter, Shannon of Toronto. Surviving also are brothers, Michael and Frieda MALONE of Port Franks, Tom and Eileen MALONE of Seaforth and Pat MALONE of Wingham. Dear sister-in-law of Betty and Bob BEUTTENMILLER of Seaforth, Don and Eileen MUEGGE of Walkerton, Richard and JoAnne MUEGGE of Windsor, Judy and Doug DALRYMPLE of Exeter, Linda and Bill SOLDAN of Exeter, Len and Jane MUEGGE of Clinton, Lois and Bill BROWN of London, Yvonne and Rick HULLEY of London and Patti and Dave SPENCE of Exeter. Also survived by many nieces and nephews, great nieces and great nephews and cousins. Five days after Joanne's passing, she was joined by her mother-in-law, Marie MUEGGE of Exeter, formerly of Seaforth. Joanne was predeceased by her parents, Clarence and Evelyn MALONE (MELADY) and father-in-law, Gordon MUEGGE and nephews, John MUEGGE in infancy and Brandon HULLEY. Joanne will be remembered as a caring and generous friend who loved to smile and laugh and was full of fun. Her home had an open door -- where her children's Friends were always welcome. Her boundless generosity and spirit touched hundreds of lives while she worked with the homeless at the Mustard Seed Street Ministry in Calgary. If Friends so desire, memorial tributes may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, to honor Joanne. A Memorial Service to celebrate Joanne's life will be held in Seaforth, Ontario at the Legion Hall on February 18th, 2006 beginning at 3 p.m. All are welcome.

Our beloved Mom, Oma and Great-Oma entered into that eternal rest at the Saint Thomas Elgin General Hospital on Sunday December 3, in her 91st year. Born in Zeeland, The Netherlands on November 3, 1916, she was daughter of the late Adrianna Marina GEELHOEDT and Hendrik Johannes HOEBË. She will be lovingly remembered and sorely missed by her children Ann WESTENDORP and her husband Herman of Cayuga Audrey HULST and her husband Rinus of Saint Thomas; Andries "Andy" and his wife Lynn of Cambridge; Hendrik "Henk" and his wife Thea of Union; Dianne PYPER and her husband Tom of Woodslee; John and his wife Lisa of Sioux Center, Iowa; and Peter and his wife Gwen of Port Stanley. Also sadly missed by 26 grandchildren, 49 great-grandchildren, one sister and 3 sisters-in-law in The Netheralands and numerous nieces and nephews.
