At Élisabeth Bruyère Health Centre in Ottawa, at the age of 62. She is survived by her son, Kristofer LILJEFORS, her mother, Margareta LILJEFORS, her sister, Cathy WHITTLE, her brother, Kim LILJEFORS, her lifelong friend, Errol HOSEIN, and her nieces and nephews. A private service will be held for immediate family only, in accordance with Kristina's wishes. Donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society. Kristina will be deeply missed.

Age 70 years, passed away suddenly on Tuesday September 12, 2006 at Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre. Dorean was a teacher for 27 years in many cites and towns throughout Ontario. She was an avid reader who loved books and movies. She enjoyed having tea with her Friends. Dorean is survived by her husband Harold and son Bob (Rose) of Yellowknife, grandchildren Jonathon and Sarah of Fort Francis; brothers Wellington (Karen) of Brampton and Rae (Diane) of Owen Sound also nieces and nephews. She will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by all her family and many Friends. She was predeceased by her daughter Mary Carolyn SCHNURR- HART, grand_son Robert SCHNURR- HART and parents Wilfred and Leotta ADLAM. In her 95th year, peacefully at the Royal Victoria Hospital, Barrie, on Friday December 30, 2005. Mum has gone to join her beloved husband Leslie James and dearest daughter Elaine Margaret. Loving Mother to David and Rosemary WALTERS in Truro, Cornwall, England, Valerie and Harold SNOW in Waverley, Ontario, and Elaine's partner Edmund BONNAR formerly of Bolton. Devoted Grandmother to Karen PARENTE (Anthony,) Brampton and Ryan SNOW, Guelph. Adored Great Nana Mary of her precious little Aiden (PARENTE). Mum was born in Totnes, South Devon, England and was much loved by many nieces and nephews, family and Friends in England, New Zealand, Australia and Canada. Mum immigrated to Canada in 1980 and settled with her family in Sutton, later living in Bolton and more recently in Waverley. Mum's warm generosity of spirit and sweet sense of humour were an inspiration to all who knew her and she will be sadly missed. Bill, son of the late George and Robina PAUL, was the much loved brother of Bette SHAW (the late William,) and cherished father to Shelagh (Bob BROOKE), Susan (Ken ENGELHART), Alison, Megan (the late Sol RUSEN) and a beloved Papa to Katie, Luke, Sally, Hannah, Rachel, Emma and Evan. Bill graduated from the University of Toronto Medical School in 1947. Throughout his career he headed the Departments of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Toronto Western Hospital, University of Alberta, and University of Toronto and was the Associate Dean of Clinical Sciences, Faculty of Medicine, U of T. While he held many executive positions nationally and internationally, he will best be remembered as a dedicated and engaging teacher to a generation of medical students and residents. Bill's Friends and colleagues are invited to celebrate his life on January 5, 2007 from 4 to 6 p.m. at the Junior Commons Room, Massey College, 4 Devonshire Place, U of T. Peacefully at Woodingford Lodge, Ingersoll, on Thursday, December 14, 2006, Isabel Kathleen (HUNT) of R.R.#2 Thamesford in her 90th year. Beloved wife of the late Alex HOSSACK (1979.) Loving mother of two daughters, Jo Ellen McKAY and her husband Don of Norwich and Phyllis JANSONS and her husband Andy of South Haven, Minnesota. Dear mother of two sons, Martin A. HOSSACK and his friend Karen SPARLING and Alex D. HOSSACK and his wife Lisa, all of R.R.#2 Thamesford. Proud grandmother of seven grandchildren, Korinne THOMPSON/THOMSON/TOMPSON/TOMSON and her husband Phillip, Tara HUYS and friend Tom BOYCE, Karen McKAY, Dianne McKAY and friend Brandon WISE, Larissa, Marshall and Clarke McCLINCHEY. Sadly missed by four great-grandchildren, Erin and Craig THOMPSON/THOMSON/TOMPSON/TOMSON and Alex and Holly HUYS. Survived by one brother Thomas F. HUNT of Windsor. Predeceased by two sisters, Phyllis LAUGHLIN and Mary JONES and several sisters and brothers-in-law. Friends may call at the Harland B. Betzner Funeral Home, 177 Dundas Street, Thamesford on Sunday from 2-5 p.m. where funeral service will be held on Monday, December 18, 2006 at 1 p.m. Mr. Mark MARSHALL officiating. Peacefully at home with her family by her side on Sunday, October 29th, 2006 at the age of 82. Loving wife of the late Howard R. BENNETT. Amazing mother of Leslie HOSSACK and her husband Emmett, Lorraine WILSON and her husband Andy, Kathy BITOVE and her husband Stephen, and Barb PEPLER and her husband Derek. Much loved Gran of John HOSSACK and Pam, Paul HOSSACK and Eva, Scott and Greg WILSON, Maddie, Tory and Alex BITOVE, Geoffrey, Kevin and Matthew PEPLER. Dear sister of Joan LEPAGE and her husband Ken. HOSSACK, Dorothy " Babe" Margaret (née DAVIS)
Passed away on Tuesday, March 14, 2006 in her 87th year. Beloved wife of the late Stanley HOSSACK. Loving mother of Ann and husband Larry. Predeceased by brothers Richard, Russell (Kathleen), Donald and sister Isabel. Survived by brother Allan, his wife Margaret and sisters-in-law Audrey DAVIS and Betty HOSSACK. Aunt to many nieces and nephews. Dorothy will be remembered for her strength of character, generosity, creativity and love of animals. A special thanks to the staff of Meadowcroft Retirement Home for the wonderful care and compassion provided during the last years of my mother's life; and to Bob CURRIE who helped to maintain my mother's independence for as long as possible. Private cremation. A celebration of her life will take place on Saturday, March 25th from 1-4 p.m. at 5 Elements, 105 Vanderhoof Avenue, Unit 3 (Laird and Eglinton). Dear mother of Deborah HOSTETLER and her husband Gary of Woodstock and Melissa PULLEN and her husband Bruce of Simcoe. Loving Grandma of Mark HOSTETLER (Cathy) of Woodbridge, Cara MARTIN (James) of Toronto, Matthew PULLEN of Toronto, and Lindsay and Tyler PULLEN of Simcoe. Special G.G. to Cameron and Rory.
