Peacefully, on Friday, July 14th, 2006 at Bobier Villa, Dutton. Andy ZSOLDOS of Dutton and formerly of R.R.#2 Rodney in his 92nd year. Along with his wife Theresa who passed away in 2001, Andy was a longtime tobacco farmer in West Elgin. Loving father of Elinor JACOB and her husband Adrian of Windsor, Joe of London, daughter-in-law Carol of North Carolina, son-in-law Jean Claude NENEZ of Petrolia, John and his wife Gloria of Rodney, Gerard and his wife Diane, Richard, and Rosemary VAN HEE and her husband Ron all of London. Lovingly remembered by his grandchildren Andrea, Dwayne, Kevin, Jason, Aaron, Tania, Denise, Lisa, Mark, C.J., and Katie and his great grandchildren Cody, Alexis, Amber, Alaxis and Brayden. Survived by sisters-in-law Julie ERDMAN and her husband Mike and Eva FOLDY all of Windsor. Also survived by several relatives in Romania. Predeceased by his son Tony (2006) and his daughter Maria NENEZ (2001.) Passed away peacefully at home at the age of 74, after a courageous battle with cancer. Born in Alphen a.d. Rijn, Netherlands in 1931, immigrated to Canada in 1954 where she worked as a school teacher and later as a nurse/head nurse at Toronto Western Hospital, ending her career as a Victorian Order of Nurses nurse in East York. A loving aunt to Bernice ENGLAND, Harriet SHERMAN, Sarah ALBANO, John KONING, Ruth SAYNOR and David KONING, she is survived by Zwier KONING, Antonia KONING (wife of the late John KONING,) Tineke HEEMSKERK, Tom KONING and Janke DE JAGER. She was a committed member of the Bethel Canadian Reformed Church and will be fondly remembered by her family, Friends and congregation. Visitation will be held on Sunday, April 2 from 7-9 p.m. at the Bethel Canadian Reformed Church located on 11251 Bayview Avenue, Richmond Hill, Ontario. Funeral services will be held at the Bethel Canadian Reformed Church on Monday, April 3rd at 11: 00 a.m. Interment to follow at the Elgin Mills Cemetery. "Lady" was the loving mother of Alan and Marilyn, Beverley and Peter (HEENAN) and Leslie and Rod (BOTTERILL) and Grandmother of John and Lynn, Kelly and Brian (MATTHEWS,) Christy and Jason (DIMMIG,) Jamie and Jeff (BARNES,) Stephen and Tomikc (BOTTERILL,) Michael (BOTTERILL) and Ashley (HEENAN;) "G.G." to Sydney and Taine (PICARD) and Hannah (BARNES.) She will be remembered with great love and affection by her many Friends in Toronto, Shelburne, Collingwood and Madeira Beach. Daughter of the late Alice E. (TALBOT) and the late Most Reverend Samuel P. MATHESON, Archbishop of Rupertsland and Primate of the Anglican Church of Canada. Mother of Daphne PAYNE of Hamilton, and Jocelyn ALLEN and her husband Peter of Toronto. Grandmother of Neil PAYNE and his wife Pascale of Newmarket of Jan MALCOLM and her husband Peter BRASSIL of Vancouver; of Gillian DAVIS and her husband the Reverend Kenneth DAVIS of Whitby of Hugh PAYNE and his wife Christina of Milton; and of Eric ALLEN of Toronto; of Geoff ALLEN of Toronto; and Christopher ALLEN of Hanover, New Hampshire.
