the age of 77 in his hometown of Lamia, Greece. Beloved husband
of the late Katherine
LAZOS.

Gus was the eldest of 6 siblings. Predeceased by his

Sophia SZGIUS of Greece, brother Tony
LAZOS of Greece, and many
nieces and nephews. Gus will be sadly missed by many relatives
and Friends. He will always be remembered as the loud, proud
and good hearted man with the screwdriver in his shirt pocket.
His body will be laid to rest Tuesday, April 25th, 2006 in Lamia,
Greece.

CHAPMAN, 72, professor emeritus, Trent University
passed away peacefully on Monday, December 11, 2006, at Kingston
General Hospital, from complications arising from pancreatic
cancer. At his side was his loving companion of 24 years, Bernard
HAVERHALS and their daughters Renée and Jennifer. Ian will be
fondly remembered by his sister Denyse and her family, as well
as many Friends and colleagues. A memorial service will be held
at Old Christ Church (974 Sydenham Road, exit 613 off Hwy. 401)
Kingston, on Thursday, December 14 at 11: 00 a.m. In lieu of flowers,

be remembered for his love and commitment to his family. He treasured
his time with his son Jimmy and loved to have quiet time at home
with them. His nephews will remember his humorous stories and
adventures metal detecting and his remarkable sense of wit about
life. Jim will be sadly missed.
