Fred. Stan was born in London, Ontario in 1924. During World
War 2 he served in the Royal Canadian Air Force, Squadron 433 and
flew 36 "ops" as a gunner in a Halifax bomber. He was awarded
the Distinguished Flying Cross. Stan worked for C.N. Rail for
39 years in London and Toronto. His first love was his family
but he was a man of many interests, woodworking, carving, fishing,
history and traveling to name a few. A celebration of Stan's
life will be held at the Falconer Funeral Homes Ltd. -- Bluewater
Chapel 201 Suncoast Drive East, Goderich on Saturday, May 6 at
2: 00 p.m. with visitation commencing from 12:30 noon until time
of the service. Cremation, followed by inurnment in Maitland
Cemetery. Those wishing to make a donation in memory of Stan
are asked to consider Alexandra Marine and General Hospital,
Goderich, Ontario.

retired from Somerville Merchandising, Toronto as a Senior Prototype Tool
and Die Maker after 36 years of service. He loved the outdoors, fishing,
boating and his campfire. Gary was a people person and all enjoyed his witty
humour. His woodworking was his hobby. He had a heart of gold and enjoyed
surprising Friends with little gifts. Rested at Saint Anthony Daniel Roman
Catholic Church, Kaboni on Thursday, June 1st from 2: 00 p.m. Funeral Mass
will be held from Saint Anthony Daniel Church at 2: 00 p.m. with Father Doug
McCARTHY officiating. Cremation to follow. If so desired, donations to the
