It is with a heavy heart we announce the sudden but peaceful passing of the family matriarch, Doris Mabel GLUE, 92, Fort Worth, Texas, who died Tuesday, October 24, 2006. A high funeral mass was conducted Thursday, November 2, at St. Laurence Episcopal Church, Southlake, Texas. Doris is survived by her son David GLUE and wife Margie, Toronto, Ontario; daughter Margaret BARTLETT and husband Maynard, Fort Worth, Texas; grandchildren, Robyn and David-Allen GLUE, Toronto, Ontario, Mark BARTLETT and wife Germaine, Atlanta, Georgia, Anne USSERY and husband Jake, Midland, Texas, Doris Laurie TEICHMANN and husband Terry, Fort Worth, Texas; and great-grandchildren, Brittany, Brandon and Bryce BARTLETT, Atlanta, Georgia, Kyle and Brett TEICHMANN, Fort Worth Texas. Doris was born December 1, 1913 in London, England. She had been a strong volunteer both in the community and church. She loved traveling, reading, craft making and gourmet cooking. She was a devoted mother, grandmother and Mighty Gran. She will be missed deeply by her family, numerous Friends and relatives in Canada, United States, and the United Kingdom. Hers was a life well lived.

Cherished "Poppy" of Adrienne, Dana and Jac BORRIE; " Grandpa Bill" of Kata, Maya and Arden GLUMAC. Dear brother of Margaret ADAM/ADAMS and Betty (Don) LORDLY and brother-in-law of Herman (Rose) HENDERSON, Jessie HOVEY, Jackie (Arnold) HARE, Marjorie RILEY (Steve POLOS), Mona FRASER, Ann (Bruce) KIERSTEAD, Elouise (Del) MURPHY, Vera HENDERSON and Audrey ARSENAULT. Life-long friend of the Makepeace family. Devoted and loving companion of Alice MURRAY.
