Anne, M.D.
January 7, 2006 in Rochester, New York after a courageous battle
with cancer. She is survived by her daughter Amanda Marie; her
parents, John and Angeline
CULLINAN and her sisters, Mary (Patty)
and Bob SPINELLI,
Diane
GOMEZ, and Terry and "Kip"
FYKE. She
is also survived by many nieces, nephews and good Friends. Most
recently, as an associate professor of Radiology at the University
of Rochester, she was program director for the Diagnostic Radiology
Residency Program and was the director of the Women's Imaging
Center. Following a career in Ob-Gyn, she studied Radiology at
Mount Sinai Medical Center (1989-92) in Miami Beach, Florida
and has had clinical and academic appointments at the University
of Rochester, New York, University of Toronto, Ontario, Canada,
and Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee and
at Allegheny
University Hospital: City Avenue, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Services will be held in Rochester, New York later this week.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made
in Jeanne's name to the Wilmot Cancer Center, University of Rochester,

In her 66th year, Kingston, after a long and courageous fight
with cancer. The sweetest of ladies, the love of husband Alan's
life for 46 years, dearest friend and mother to Erin and Brendan
and fiancée Amy
SHIRE of Kingston. Dear sister to Beverley (late
Jack ALCOTT) of Baldwin, Lynda and Lyn
KEELER of Wellington.
Carolyn is the daughter of Marjorie
(BATH) of Pickering and the
late Walter
WOOD.
Sister-in-law to Bob
FYKE and Janet, Ajax,
much loved by her nieces and nephews. Carolyn volunteered for
several charities, always preferring to work in the background.
Carolyn belonged to many bridge groups. Her fellow bridge partners
will remember Carolyn's cheerfulness and sense of humour, never
and unkind word to anyone. Carolyn was a loyal Blue Jays fan,
and particularly enjoyed Spring Training in Florida. Retsing
at the James Reid Funeral Home, 1900 John Counter Blvd., Kingston,
for service in the chapel Monday, April 3 at 10: 30 a.m. Friends
will be received Sunday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. In Carolyn's memory,
donations may be made to the Kingston Joint Hospital Campaign,
Cancer Centre, or the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation of Canada,
Kingston Chapter.
