Veteran of World War 2 Royal Canadian Air Force Retired employee
with 41 years service Bell Canada. Enjoyed retirement for 23
years. Sadly missed by family and Friends. The family would like
to express their heartfelt thanks to the doctors and nurses of
Toronto East General Hospital for their care and concern. Family
and Friends are invited to the Pine Hills Visitation Chapel and
Reception Centre (625 Birchmount Rd., north of St. Clair, 416-267-8229)
on Saturday, February 11th, 2006 from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Memorial
service and reception to follow. For those who wish, remembrances

born in Hankowicz, Poland (Belarus) and immigrated to Canada
in 1939. He was proud to serve in the Royal Canadian Navy for
2½ years and worked at Labatts for 39 years. He will be sorely
missed by many relatives and Friends. George's lasting legacy
is his love for his family which will be with us always. Visitation
will be held at Needham Funeral Home, 520 Dundas Street, on Monday,
July 3, 2006 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. where the service will be
conducted on Tuesday, July 4th at 1 p.m. Interment to follow
at Woodland Cemetery. For those who wish to make a donation in
George's memory, please consider the Heart and Stroke Foundation
or charity of choice. A tree will be planted in George's memory.
