Passed away suddenly, on Wednesday, March 29, 2006, at Uxbridge
Cottage Hospital, at the age of 17. Beloved
son of Ingrid (Cameron)

Loving brother of Cassandra,
Jenna, Taylar, Alyshia and Denna. Adored grand_son to Johanna

Patrick will be deeply missed by all
of his aunts, uncles, cousins, classmates, all educational assistants,
and homecare workers Chris and Cindy. Visitation will be held
on Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and on Tuesday from 10 a.m.
to 1 p.m. at the R.S. Kane Funeral Home (6150 Yonge Street, at
Goulding, south of Steeles). A Funeral Service will be held in
the Chapel on Tuesday, April 4, 2006 at 1 p.m. Interment Holy
Cross Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations in Patrick's memory
