Peacefully at home on Sunday, June 11, 2006, Arthur P. GUILMETTE in his 81st year. Beloved husband of Irene GUILMETTE (MIDDAUGH) of London. Dear father of Daniel GUILMETTE (Lynn) of London, Richard GUILMETTE (Jodi) of Simcoe. Loving grandfather of Carrie ESCAF (Miguel,) Danielle MacAULAY (Dan,) Julie LEE (Aaron) all of London, Jay GUILMETTE of Calgary, Alberta., and Philip GUILMETTE of Simcoe. Great-grandfather of Chase. Brother of Therese HALPIN of London, Marguerite DONAK of Thunder Bay and Madeline GUILMETTE- DUROCHER of Saint_Jerome, Quebec. Arthur served his country overseas in World War 2. His wish was that his body be donated to medical science. A private service will be held. On Monday, April 17th, 2006, B. Marks LEE finally lost his tenacious hold on life at age 76. His indomitable spirit and sense of humour will remain an inspiration to his family and all who knew him. Dearly loved husband of Barbara A. (RAMSAY) LEE. Loving father of Teresa and Mike VAN ESCH, Janet and Bob KOCZWARA and Scott and Stephanie (HAGEMANN) LEE. Very proud grandfather of Nicole, Brett, Ben, Meghan, Victoria and Richard. Survived by his sisters-in-law Agnes LEE (Southampton) and Margaret COUSE (Orangeville,) brother-in-law Charles ELLIS (Port Elgin) and by several nieces and nephews and their families. Marks was predeceased by his parents Reginald and Lillian (BAKER) LEE and brother Tom all of Southampton, his sister Alice "Snooks" ELLIS of Port Elgin, his in-laws B.A. RAMSAY, Q.C. and Elsie RAMSAY and his brother-in-law Donald COUSE (Orangeville.) Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 2: 00-4:00 and 7:00-9:00 p.m. as well as one hour prior to the funeral service being conducted at the Westview Funeral Chapel, 709 Wonderland Road North, on Thursday, April 20th, 2006 at 11: 00 a.m. Cremation with private burial to take place at a later date. The family would like to thank the many support workers who helped during Marks' illness, particularly Victorian Order of Nurses Jessica WATHY whose visits provided a welcome ray of sunshine and humour.
