Peacefully with her family at her bedside at Maple Manor Nursing Home on Saturday March 11, 2006 Adrienne VanDenEeckhout (nee: DESMET) of Tillsonburg, formerly of Straffordville in her 78th year. Adrienne emigrated to Canada in 1952, and was the daughter of the late Rene and Marie DESMET of Belgium. Beloved companion of Leslie (Bob) TODD of Tillsonburg, and beloved wife of the late Camiel VANDENEECKHOUT (1974.) Dear mother of Wm. (Bill) VANDENEECKHOUT and his late Irene (2005) of Tillsonburg; Nancy (Charlie) OWLES of Saint Thomas; Robert (Doris) VANDENEECKHOUT of Tillsonburg. Cherished and much loved grandmother to Chelsey, and Steffan VANDENEECKHOUT of Tillsonburg; Mandy BRIDGETT and her friend Jay VUSICH of Port Stanley; Melinda BRIDGETT and her friend Jeff WILTSIE of Saint Thomas; Melissa BRIDGETT and her friend Chris SKILLINGS of London; Cindy BRACKENBURY and her friend J.J. of Ingersoll; David (Angie) BRACKENBURY of Dunnville; Linda (Chuck) BUDAY of Delmer. Great-grandmother to 11 great-grandchildren. Also, survived by her three brothers Frans; Omer; Prosper, and a sister Laura all of Belgium. Also survived by her step mother-in-law Yvonne ROELANDT of Goderich; her sister-in-law Mary TANGHE and her husband the late Leon TANGHE of Delhi; Mrs. Elaine MATTHEWS and her friend Maurice VANDECASTEELE of Aylmer; Mrs. Allois (Celina) JACOBS of Delhi; brother-in-law Frank VANDENEECKHOUT and his late wife Lezette of Delhi. Predeceased by her step father-in-law Albert ROELANDT; brother-in-law Gabriel VANDENEECKHOUT and his wife Elise; sister-in-law Mrs. Emma DEPAEPE; brother Eduard, and sisters Clementine and Carolene. Adrienne was a member of the Tillsonburg Royal Canadian Legion Branch #53. She enjoyed organizing bus trips to the various Ontario Casino's; she enjoyed playing a game of darts, playing bingo, knitting, and crocheting. She will be sadly missed by everyone who knew and loved her. The family will receive Friends at Ostrander's Funeral Home, 43 Bidwell Street, Tillsonburg (842-5221) on Wednesday March 15, 2006 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial for Adrienne will be held at Saint Mary's Roman Catholic Church Tillsonburg on Thursday March 16, 2006 at 11 a.m. Rev. Father Matthew GEORGE officiating. Interment to follow in Tillsonburg Cemetery. Born in Chatham Twp., daughter of the late Cecil and Gertrude (TURNER) JACKSON. Beloved wife of the late Ernest HOWARD (1985.) Loving mother of Diane DICKSON/DIXON of Chatham, Chuck HOWARD of Chatham, Reg and Bonnie HOWARD of Saint Thomas. Loving grandmother of Michael DICKSON/DIXON (Jen), Krista GOODWIN (Mike), Ashley, Jay, Kimberly, Candice, Chase and Jarod HOWARD. Sadly missed by 8 great-grandchildren. At Bluewater Health -- Norman Site on Tuesday, October 31, 2006, Maurice Charles (Moe) JAECQUES, age 75, of Sarnia, beloved husband of Dorothy Helen (SHANNON) JAECQUES and dear father of Patrick and his wife Kathy of Brooklin, Ontario, Chuck of Alberta and Dale and his wife Joan of Brampton. Step-father of Bonnie and her husband Bill MORRIS of Port Dover, Patricia URRY, Robert URRY and his wife Leatha and Steven URRY and his wife Shirley all of Sarnia. Also survived by eighteen grandchildren and step-grandchildren. Brother of Margaret DEPOORTER and her husband Roger of London and Mary SNAUWAERT of Sarnia. Brother-in-law of Bertha JAECQUES and Mary JAECQUES of Sarnia. Predeceased by three brothers Marcel, Oscar and Albert. Mr. JAECQUES was a lifelong Sarnia area resident and had retired from Fiberglas with 42 years of service. He was a charter member of the Lady Luck Riders Motorcycle Club and a life member of H.O.G. Cremation has taken place. A celebration of Moe's life will take place at a later date. Sympathy may be expressed through memorial donations to the charity of choice. At Strathmere Lodge, Strathroy, on Sunday, December 10th, 2006, Antoinette Maria DEBOO in her 98th year. Youngest daughter of Desiderius and Catharina DEPREST. Born in Brugge, Belgium November 12th, 1909. She emigrated to Canada in 1954 and resided in Strathroy for 52 years. She leaves four generations with her daughters Catharina and Roger JORIS of Strathroy, Celina and James SOUTHERN of Kerwood and Mrs. Rose DEBOO- VANDEVELDEN of London. She is survived by 8 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren and 14 great-great-grandchildren. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews in Canada and Belgium. Two grand_sons predecease her (1950) and (1998) as well as 11 brothers and sisters. Visitation will be held at Denning Bros. Funeral Home, 32 Metcalfe St. W., Strathroy on Wednesday December 13th from 10: 00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Funeral service at 11: 00 a.m. with Rev. Robert HAYNE officiating. Cremation to follow.
