Fred served overseas with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police Provost
Corps and later was an Area Counsellor with Veterans Affairs
Canada. Former Commodore of the Oakville Yacht Squadron, Fred
was an accomplished sailor and keen competitor who was happiest
whiling away the hours on boat repairs and racing with family
and Friends. He embraced the gifts and challenges that life offered
with unwavering kindness, generosity, fairness and a ready smile.

Ontario), passed away, on Sunday, May 28th, 2006 in her 89th
year. Nell with be forever in the hearts of her children Jim

ZIMMER, her 14 grandchildren
and many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. Predeceased
by her loving husband, Jim (1982), sisters Lillian and Louise,
brothers Bob, Ted, John, Mick and Jack, and grandchildren Brad
(1981), Pam (1984) and Jenn (1998). She will be laid to rest
beside her husband Jim in Clandeboye, Ontario. A "Celebration
of Nell's Life" will be held at: Bonnie and Fred's home at 979 Dearness
Dr., London, Ontario. Saturday, June 3rd, 2006 at 2: 00 p.m. Since
music was Nell's passion, all family, Friends and neighbours
are invited to bring along their musical instruments in order
to participate in a tribute to Nell. Our heartfelt thanks go

was a devoted husband, father, grandfather and friend and his
wonderful sense of humour will be dearly missed. Visitation will
