Memorial Hospital, in his 79th year. Beloved husband to Sheila

It is with heartfelt sorrow that the family of Anne Marie
HORTON
of Long Point, formerly of Tillsonburg, and Mitchell announces
her passing at Norfolk General Hospital on Monday June 26, 2006
at age 60 years. She leaves behind a faithful, and dear friend
and husband of 38 years David

HORTON of Toronto. Cherished and forever loved grandmother to

DEDRICK. Anne is
also survived by sisters Cathy; Norma; Ilene, a brother Michael,
and step-father Bill
NOEL.
Anne was born in Saint Thomas, and resided
in Tillsonburg, then moved to Mitchell where she and David owned
and operated a nursing home and a variety store from 1976 until
1989. Then moving to Long Point where Anne and David owned and
operated a photo finishing shop in Tillsonburg. Anne worked at
Millwood Manor Retirement Home in Kitchener. She was a registered
nurse for 40 plus years. She belonged to the Beta Sigma Phi sorority,
Theta Pi Chapter in Mitchell. She was associated with the Mennonite
Brethren Church in Port Rowan. She taught first aid and cardio-pulmonary
resuscitation. She was a teacher's assistant for 3 years in Mitchell,
and was treasurer for the Mitchell Figure Skating Club. The family
will receive Friends at Ostrander's Funeral Home, 43 Bidwell
St. Tillsonburg (519-842-5221) on Wednesday June 28, 2006 from
2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service for Anne will be held in Ostrander's
Funeral Home Chapel on Thursday June 29, 2006 at 3 p.m. Lynne
ALLEN of Saint Paul's United Church officiating. Cremation to follow.
Family interment at a later date. At the family's request, memorial
donations (payable by cheque) in lieu of flowers may be made
to the Canadian Paraplegic Association. Personal condolences
