cousins and extended family. Jack was born in London on April 2,
1936, the son of the late J. Oscar and Dorothy
BURDEN. He worked
over 27 years at Ford Motor Company of Canada, was a member of
the C.A.W. and an associate member of Branch 410 of the Royal
Canadian Legion, Port Stanley. Resting at Williams Funeral Home,
45 Elgin Street, Saint Thomas, where funeral service will be held
Thursday at 1: 00 p.m. Interment to follow in Union Cemetery.
Visitation Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Remembrances may be
made to the Canadian Cancer Society.

on March 10, 1950. She worked for the Elgin Association for Community
Living and was a volunteer with the Alzheimer Society of Elgin
Saint Thomas. She was of the Roman Catholic faith. Resting at Williams
Funeral Home, 45 Elgin Street, Saint Thomas where funeral service
will be held Saturday at 1: 00 p.m. Cremation to follow, with
burial of ashes in Holy Angels' Cemetery. Visitation Friday from
2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Remembrances may be made to the Elgin Association
for Community Living.

Of Chesley passed away peacefully at his residence with his family
on Tuesday, March 14th, 2006 in his 90th year. Retired 1981 Town
Foreman of Chesley. Beloved husband of Hilda, in the 68th year
of their marriage. Cherished father of Patricia

Almonte, Diana and her husband Darrell
MARKOWSKI of Richmond,
Michigan and Kevin and his wife Christine of Chelsey. Ivan will
be sadly missed by his six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
He will be fondly remembered by his special niece Elizabeth (John)
MORRISSEY of Virginia, U.S.A. Predeceased by his four brothers,
four sisters and his parents William and Eliza Jane

Ivan's request, there will be no visitation or funeral
service and a graveside service will be held at the Chesley Cemetery
in the spring. If desired, memorial donations to the Chesley
Hospital Foundation would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
