Suddenly at home on Saturday, December 31, 2005, Judith (Judy) Carolyn STEVENS of West Bank, British Columbia and formerly of London, in her 65th year. Predeceased by her husband, Larry "Joe" James STEVENS (1985.) Loving Mother of Rick and Jason, both of London, and Bob and his wife Sandy of Kilworth. Proud Grandmother of Daniella STEVENS. Sadly missed by her sisters, Sonya HODGINS and Vicky CHAPMAN, both of London, and Sharon BOX of West Bank, British Columbia. Also remembered by her sister-in-law Carol POMEROY of London and brother-in-law Ron STEVENS of Nilestown. Cremation to take place. Private family interment.

Beloved wife of the late Stuart MacGREGOR (2000.) Dear mother of Scott and Gayle MacGREGOR of R.R.#2, Grand Bend, Pam MacGREGOR and her partner Cliff of Uxbridge. Special nanna of Kelli Lynn MacGREGOR. Dear sister of Alex GILBERT (Beatrice) of Florida, Wesley GILBERT (Betty) of Florida, Dolores MARTIN (Don) of San Diego, California, Deanna TEBBY (Cliff) of Parkhill, William GILBERT (Flossie) of Michigan. Special friend of Norma BROWN of Strathroy and Madeline BOX of Parkhill. Sadly missed by several nieces, nephews, Friends and neighbours. Predeceased by infant brother Richard. Phyllis was born in Owosso, Michigan February 20, 1939, the daughter of the late Alexander and Thelma (MONROE) GILBERT. A memorial service will be conducted at the Bethel Baptist Church, 264 Princess Street, Strathroy on Friday, March 31st, at 11: 00 a.m. Reverend Douglas WATSON will officiate. Peacefully, in Napanee on Wednesday, May 3, 2006, Gerald Ross KEMPTHORNE of London in his 92nd year. Beloved husband of the late Doris (DAVIDSON) KEMPTHORNE and the late Eileen (Brady) KEMPTHORNE. Dear father of Patricia BOX (Hugh) of Napanee. Loving grandfather of Angela HICKS (James) and Heather BOX (Lee DILLON) all of Napanee, David BOX (Teresa) of Pickering and special great-grandfather of Maggie, Samantha and Emma. Best friend of Clara SABEAN of London and sadly missed by her children Stephen, Carrie, Carol, Cindy and their families. Dear brother of Mary VAN DALE of Weyburn, Saskatchewan. Gerry will be sadly missed by his many nieces and nephews. A long time volunteer, Gerry received a Hutton House life membership in 1982, and award in 1996 for 15 years of service with the Canadian Cancer Society, and a Certificate of Lifetime Achievement from the Children's Aid Society of London and Middlesex. Gerry was a member of the Kiwanis Club of Riverview and was elected a Mel Osborne Fellow in 1998. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service was held on May 6th, 2006 in Napanee. Friends will be received by the family from 7 to 9 p.m. on Friday at the A. Millard George Funeral Home, 60 Ridout Street South, London where the memorial service will be conducted in the chapel on Saturday, May 20th, 2006 at 10: 00 a.m. with the Very Reverend Terry DANCE of Saint Paul's Cathedral officiating. Interment of cremated remains in Woodland Cemetery, London. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to the London Regional Cancer Program, 747 Baseline Road East, London Ontario, N6C 2R6.

The family of the late Irene GILPIN would like to formally extend our sincere appreciation for all the acts of kindness shown to us during the recent passing of our mother. Words are inadequate to express the comfort and strength that we have received from our dear Friends and neighbours. Born in Wimbledon, England on March 19, 1918 - Joy died peacefully on September 26, 2006 at the West Vancouver Care Centre. She will be missed greatly by her large extended family throughout the world and her many Friends. She is survived by her husband of 62 years: Tony and her three children Anne (Larry BERG) and grand_sons Yasha, Toby and Sebastian, Alex (Jean RASMUSSEN) and grand_sons Nicolas and Thomas and granddaughter Kristen, and Pippa (Tom WOODS.) Cousins, nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, 2nd, 3rd cousins and great Friends too numerous to mention will miss her generosity of spirit, her dignity, her strength and sense of humour. She is predeceased by her parents and four siblings. There will be a prayer vigil and viewing on Monday Oct 2nd at 6 p.m. and a Funeral Mass on Tuesday Oct 3rd at 10 a.m., at St Anthony's Parish, 2337 Inglewood Avenue, West Vancouver, followed by refreshments in the church hall. World War II Lieutenant, Royal Canadian Naval Volunteer Reserve
Passed away peacefully on Saturday, November 18, 2006 at Sunnybrook Health Science Centre, in his 84th year. Always remembered by his wife Elizabeth (Bette,) children Jocelyn (Steve GANTT,) John, Jennifer (Russell JOFFE,) grandchildren Eleanor GANTT, Benjamin and Claire JOFFE, sisters Phyllis MESCHINO (Paul) and Marion BOX (the late Keith,) and brother-in-law the late William Paul. Bill founded his company, William Shaw Ltd., and was a significant force in the forming of Pilot Place Society. Bill will be so deeply missed, as he was deeply loved, by his family, nieces, nephews, Friends and special caregivers. The family will receive Friends at the Humphrey Funeral Home - A.W. Miles Chapel, 1403 Bayview Avenue (south of Eglinton Avenue East), from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Friday, November 24, 2006. Funeral service in the chapel on Saturday, November 25, 2006 at one o'clock followed by a reception in the Leaside Room. Interment Mount Pleasant Cemetery. Suddenly, yet peacefully, at home, on December 20, 2005. Florence went "Home" to be with her sadly missed and much loved husband of more than 53 years, George and their son Jeffrey. Born in Pontardawe, Swansea, South Wales on December 4, 1931. Much loved Mammy of Peter and Christine. Thoughtful mother-in-law of Cathy and Jim. Nanny will be sadly missed by Jeff, Suzanne, Lou-Anne, Jonathan, Alexandra and was Nanna to Rhiannon. She will also be missed by her 6 great-grandchildren. Memorial Service to be held at Little Trinity Anglican Church, 425 King Street East, Toronto on Monday, January 9, 2006 at 11: 00 a.m. with reception to follow. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Toronto East General Hospital. On Friday May 19, 2006 at the Saint Thomas-Elgin General Hospital in her 84th year. Dearly loved wife of the late Joseph LIEBREGTS (2001) and loving mother (Oma) of sons Harry and Wendy (Erin and Jason TEIXEIRA, Travis); Joe and Mary Catherine (Eric, Adele, Sylvana) Pat and Diane (Patrick, Christopher and Danielle); Paul and Naomi (Justin); Mike and Judy (Cory); Randy and Cathy (Tovah, Jon.) Dear sister of Lucy (Louis) VAN BOXMEER of London, John and Paul (Betty) WESTELAKEN of Saint Thomas, Herman (Emmy) of Uxbridge, Edward (Ann) of Blenheim and the late Ben and Mary WESTELAKEN of Orillia and the late Arnold (late Francis WESTELAKEN.) Sadly missed by a number of nieces and nephews. Ann was born in Holland on February 26, 1923, the daughter of the late Christian and Lucy WESTELAKEN. She came to Canada in 1948. She was an R.N.A. and retired from the Saint Thomas Psychiatric Hospital. Ann was a member of Saint Anne's Church and formerly of Holy Angels' Church, where she sang in the Traditional Choir and the Funeral Choir. She was also a member of the Catholic Women's League. Resting at Williams Funeral Home, 45 Elgin Street, Saint Thomas and then to Saint Anne's Church where Mass of the Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday at 10: 30 a.m. Interment to follow in Holy Angels' Cemetery. Visitation Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Prayers will be recited at the funeral home on Tuesday at 7: 00 p.m. Remembrances may be made to the Holy Angels' Church Restoration Fund.
