Mr. David BEXTON of Chatham in his 78th year. Beloved son of
the late Brigadier William and Ivy

Loving father of Jeanelle and her husband
Drew HORLACHER of Hamilton, Dave and his wife
Louise of Palmerston,
and Gavin and his wife Yvonne of Tilbury. He will be lovingly
remembered by his grandchildren Chris, Scott, Thomas, Tristan,
Alaina, and Garrett. Dear brother of Barbara
HEASMAN and her
husband Jim, Muriel
DOUVILLE, and Eudore and her husband Frank
WATT. He is survived by several nieces and nephews. Dave was
a member of Wellington/Victory Lodge, Ahcom Shrine Club, Chatham
Concert Band in which he played the Euphouium and the Salvation
Army Band in his youth, and a member of St. Andrew's United Church
where he was an elder and base in the church choir. He was an
active tennis player, and played the trombone in the "Carefree
Goldtones" Dance Orchestra and a member of the Chapel Choir in
Carefree Country Club both in Florida. A Service of Remembrance
for Mr. BEXTON will be held at St. Andrew's United Church, (85 William
Street, Chatham) on Tuesday December 19th, 2006 at 1: 30 p.m.

BROOKS officiating. Cremation has taken place.
A Masonic Service will be held in the church at 1: 30 p.m. under
the auspices of Wellington/Victory Lodge Ancient, Free and Accepted
Masons. Friends planning an expression of remembrance are asked
to consider the Chatham-Kent Palliative Care Unit, Wellinton/Victory
Lodge, and or the Ahcom Shrine. Arrangements are entrusted to
the Alexander Funeral Home, 245 Wellington West, Chatham, 519-352-2710.
