Elgin General Hospital after a brief but valiant battle with
cancer, at the age of 79. Ross was the beloved husband and best-friend

He also leaves behind his children: Judy, Nancy, Sally, Susan,
Joseph, Cindy, Julie, Tony, Tracey, Robin and Willy and his brothers
Clayt (Jeanne); Cliff (Marie) and Earl (Carol) of Morpeth; and
his many loving grandchildren and great grandchildren. He will
also be sadly missed by his nieces and nephews, brother-in-law

NOSTADT of Maidstone. Predeceased by his parents William and
Frances (CARON,) brothers Eugene and Clint (Doris;) his son Danny

spending time in Gods' great outdoors; camping, fishing or hunting
with his family. Cremation has taken place and the cremated remains
were interred in Morpeth Cemetery after the service on Saturday,
June 3rd, 2006 at McKinlay Funeral Home in Ridgetown with Pastor

formerly of Toronto, Tom is survived by his brothers Clarke and
Peter. A Veteran of World War 2, Tom served in the Navy. His
working life was spent with the Quaker Oats Company. A community
minded man Tom was a former member of the Brampton town council.
He was an active member of Powassan Lodge No. 443, Ancient, Free
and Accepted Masons, the Rorab Shrine Club, the North Bay Heritage
Railway and Community Waterfront Friends. He especially enjoyed
his time as "Loco", with the Shrine Clown Unit. He was honoured
several years ago by North Himsworth Township as their Senior
Citizen of the Year. Friends may call at the Martyn Funeral Home
(across from city hall), North Bay, on Tuesday afternoon 2-4 p.m.
and evening 7-9 p.m. Funeral Services to celebrate his life will
be held in the funeral home Chapel on Wednesday, April 19th at
1: 30 p.m. Cremation will follow with interment of ashes in the
Callander Union Cemetery. If desired, donations to the North
Bay Regional Hospital Foundation or the Canadian Sneaker Fund
of the Shriners will be gratefully acknowledged as expressions
of sympathy.

take place with interment at Strathroy Cemetery at a later date.
