Of Port Stanley (formerly of Aylmer) in his 55th year, passed away suddenly on December 16th at London University Hospital. He was predeceased by his parents Michael and Waltrude ROCHUS. Dearly loved husband of Evelyn (née BARKER) and beloved father of Michelle and John CATHERALL of Saint Thomas and Jennifer and Robert VANBROEKHOVEN of Port Stanley. Beloved grandfather of Amanda, Alexis, Veronica and Bradley. He was a long time employee of VME and was presently employed at Contran Industries. A memorial visitation will be held at Williams Funeral Home, 45 Elgin St, Saint Thomas, on Tuesday, December 19th, from 7-9 p.m. A private family memorial service will follow at a later date. Remembrances may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the charity of one's choice.

Age 54, passed away at his residence in Saint Thomas on Tuesday, April 11, 2006. Born in Saint Thomas, July 4, 1951, the beloved son of Donald E. and Laurine (McEWAN) ROCK of Saint Thomas. In addition to his parents, he is survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins. David was an employee of Presstran Industries and an avid amateur photographer. In keeping with David's wishes, there will be no public visitation or service at the funeral home. Cremation has taken place and a graveside service will be held at Elmdale Memorial Park at a later date. After a 12 year battle with Alzheimer's disease and 84 years of dancing with old man time himself, Steve ROCK passed away quietly on Saturday, December 31, 2005. He leaves a loving son, Volker, daughter-in-law Brenda, granddaughter Morgan and grand_son Adam, sister Rosina and brother-in-law Helmut KENZEL, nephews Alfred KENZEL, Stefan GINDER and their families, along with many current and former "Allstream" companions, all of whom will miss him dearly. Our dear Stefan was privately cremated on January 3, 2006. A memorial service, alongside his recently departed wife Hilde, is being scheduled (in Georgetown) in the spring. Born Toronto, Ontario September 16, 1917, died Vancouver General Hospital July 20, 2006. Frances was predeceased by her husband of 60 years 'Rocky' in 2002 and siblings: Price ERICHSEN- BROWN, Isabel LEBOURDAIS and Gwethalyn GRAHAM. Frances grew up in Toronto attended B.S.S. (Bishop Strachan School) and the University of Toronto. She was a member of the Pi Phi Fraternity and a life member of the Georgian Club. She moved West in 1947 and spent the remainder of her years in Vancouver. During her many active years Frances volunteered with the Vancouver Art Gallery Auxiliary, The Alliance Francaise, the Canadian National Institute for the Blind and her beloved S. James' Anglican Church. The quintessential hostess and Gourmet, Fran's dinners at 'Balaclava' were legendary as were dinners at her summer home 'Pine Acre', where she managed to produce remarkable fare from a cottage kitchen. Frances is survived by her three children: David, Brian and Margot; spouses Tanya, Jennifer and Clarke, and grandchildren: Matthew, Naomi, Ian (and Farah), Michael, Kate and James. In lieu of flowers, Frances requested that donations be sent to: The British Columbia Borstal Association, 9 West Broadway Street, Vancouver, British Columbia V5Y 1P1 "For the selection and training of volunteers for British Columbia Corrections Branch Projects" a lifelong project of her late husband. Loving mother of Francis (Kelly) RANK of Burlington, Mary (Rick) MILES of London and Margaret (Ken) DEVRIES of Bayfield. Also loved by her grandchildren Zachery, Joshua, Shannon, Michelle, Wayne (Michelle), Shane (Linda), Klaasje (Rob) and her great grandchildren Vanessa, Emily, Nathan, Michael, Brandon, Sebastian, Michaela, Emma, Connor and Grace. Visitation will be held on Sunday from 2: 00-4:00 and 7:00-9:00 p.m. at the Westview Funeral Chapel, 709 Wonderland Road North, where the funeral service will be conducted on Monday, June 12th, 2006 at 1: 00 p.m. Cremation with interment of ashes, Saint Peter's Cemetery.
