Our beautiful mother passed away peacefully, in her sleep, at Sunrise Assisted Living, Markham, on the morning of February 2, 2006. Predeceased by her loving husband Henry Gooderham STARK. Loving mother of Joanne ROSS (Walter), John (Chris), Tom (Marilyn), Bob (Joan), Kate (Ted MOSES), and Richard (Sherry PRIBIK). Grandmother of Sarah, Graham, Elissa, Meghan, Patrick, Michael, Jamie, Kaeli, Kristin, Matthew, Daniel, Lindsay, Gregory, Russell, Erin, Kerry, Adriana, and Calder. Sister of Margaret BARLOW of Vancouver, predeceased by brother Jack McCLELLAND of Toronto. Betty will be remembered by her children, grandchildren, Friends and acquaintances for her passion about the well-being of children, her life's love of Georgian Bay, and her endless fascination with the world around her. Special thanks to the staff of Sunrise Assisted Living, Markham, for their support and care over the last four years and, particularly, her last few days. Dennis passed away peacefully surrounded by the love of his family at Grey Bruce Health Services, Meaford on Monday, January 2nd, 2006 in his 61st year. Dennis was the loving husband of the former Doreen JAY and the dear father of Christine and her partner Shawn, CherylAnne and Edwin. His memory will be cherished by his grandchildren Matthew, Christopher and Jasmine. He is survived by his sister Marjorie and her husband Dow PRICE and his brother Rick PEACH and his partner Paula EUSEBIO. He will be sadly missed by his sister-in-law Cathy and her husband Tom KENNEDY, mother-in-law Sally JAY and his step-father Richard SMITH, nephews and nieces Michael, Mitchell, Marilee, John, Joe and Donna-Louise. Predeceased by his mother Ida SMITH and his father Russell PEACH and father-in-law Ralph JAY. Passed away at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, Public General Campus on Thursday, March 2, 2006. Born in Howard Township 90 years ago to her parents the late Neta (KIVELL) and George OSBORNE. Bernice is predeceased by her first husband George HOFFMAN (1973) and by her second husband Earl McLARTY in 1999. Surviving are a daughter Hazel TYSICK and her husband Wayne of Toronto and sons Ross HOFFMAN and his wife Eleanor of Blenheim, Fred HOFFMAN and his wife Violet of Ridgetown, Gary HOFFMAN and his wife Pat of Blenheim, Murray HOFFMAN and his wife Karen of Blenheim and Max and his wife Theresa of Springfield. Also surviving is a step-son Ken McLARTY and his wife Sue of Ridgetown, along with 14 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. Peacefully at London Health Sciences Centre -- University Hospital, London on Thursday, April 13th, 2006, Doctor Ivan Chesley PRICE of London in his 89th year. Beloved husband of the late Ena Frances (FRASER) PRICE and the late Helen Margaret (FRASER) PRICE. Dear father of David PRICE of London; Doctor Nancy PRICE- MUNN and her husband Doctor Barry MUNN of Hamilton; Deborah MARSHALL and her husband Ronald of London and also beloved by Brett COLLIER of London and Joanne STAUTTENER of Saint Thomas. Predeceased by his son Stuart PRICE and his brother Lawrence PRICE. Also loved by his grandchildren Brendan and Rhiannon MUNN and Stuart and Tracy MARSHALL. Dr PRICE served his country and community for over sixty years, as a member of the Medical Corps in World War 2, as a private practitioner in dermatology, attending physician at the Veteran's Hospital and teacher in the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Western Ontario. In the personal realm, Dr. Ivan was a "Pied Piper" of children. Wherever he was, at home or cottage, they followed him: for treats, boat rides, treatment of scrapes and scratches, or just the unflagging praise of accomplishments big and small. He was a doting grandfather to his four beautiful grand daughters of whom he was so proud; Martha and Maggie STEEPER, Amelia and Sydney STRONG. He was a doting grandfather to his four beautiful grand daughters of whom he was so proud; Martha and Maggie STEEPER, Amelia and Sydney STRONG. Arthur DEATH passed to glory quietly early Sunday morning, January 22, 2006 at his Highview residence in London, Ontario, in his 93rd year. Art was born in Dixie, Ontario, May 17, 1913, and moved to Brampton in 1936 were he raised his family and was an active member of the community for 65 years. He was an Ontario Land Surveyor whose name appears officially on thousands of Peel County property surveys. He was also a successful land developer who was part of the transition of a small rural community to a vibrant city. Art was a pillar of personal strength, always leading the way and showing determination and a strong will to live. Art leaves behind his wife of 68 years, Lois Helen (nee STEWARD/STEWART/STUART.) He was the much loved father of (Dr.) Barry and his wife Susan (BROWN), London; Jamie and his wife Joy (PRICE), Port Perry; Nancy and her husband Tom LAURIE, Toronto; and Betty and her husband Dave DALZELL, Hensall. Art was loved by his fourteen grandchildren Autumn (Steve) DEATH, Jennifer (David) DEATHE, September DEATH, Christopher (Miša) DEATHE, Ashley Brown DEATHE, Linden Brown DEATHE, Joshua (Danielle) DEATH, Sam (Jen) DEATH, Catherine (Chris) JONES, Claire DEATH, Thomas (Laure) LAURIE, Andrew LAURIE, Angus LAURIE, Krista (Chris) Dalzell GINGERICH, Lesley (Derek) DALZELL, and Dan DALZELL. Passed away peacefully, at Lakeshore Lodge, Etobicoke, on Thursday, March 30, 2006, in her 86th year. Beloved wife of Ron, and loving mother of Kathy and Bill. She is survived by her brother Bob and sister-in-law Bonnie (Bruce) and family; son-in-law Rick FRECKER; three grandchildren Heather (Greg HARRIS,) Karen and Helena FRECKER; and two great-grandchildren Benjamin and Aimee HARRIS. Our Baba will be missed by the entire family and by her many Friends at the piano, at the bridge table and at Baker's Narrows near FlinFlon, Manitoba where she spent so many happy summers. We extend sincere thanks to all the marvellous staff at Lakeshore Lodge who, over the last 2½ years, took care of Jean and kept her secure and comfortable, when she could no longer be cared for at home.
