Discovered body was missing man

Collingwood - Collingwood Ontario Provincial Police confirm the
body found near the shoreline of Nottawasaga Bay recently was
that of Jason Robert
MITTS, who went missing May 13. The 28-year-old
walked away from a party in the area of Highway 26 and Fairgrounds
Road in Collingwood at midnight.
Police began a search for him the following Wednesday afternoon,
with help from the Ontario Provincial Police's Emergency Response
Team team, a canine unit and helicopter. Although foul play is
not suspected, police say every death is treated as suspicious
until proven otherwise. The Collingwood Ontario Provincial Police
is continuing their investigation. Police are asking anyone who
may have seen
MITTS or had contact with him between May 13 and
19 to contact them at 1-519-445-4321.
