With great sadness, but joy for a life well lived, the family announces the passing of a beloved sister and cherished aunt, at Humber River Regional Hospital, in her 88th year. Dear sister of James HALL, and sister-in-law of Dorothy HALL, Marie FRASER, and Marietta ALLWARD. Lil joins her husband of 59 years, Lou WARD, who died in 2001, as well as her parents James and Frances HALL, her brothers Sidney and George, and sisters Peggy (Fleming) and Jean (Orr). Aunt Lil leaves behind her devoted nieces and nephews Steve and Glen, Vicki and Deb, Tim and Carolyne ORR, Brian and Adriana FRASER, Lyndia and Bill HENDRY, Wayne and Pat HALL, Don and Jane HALL, Karen and Bob MILETTE, Bob and Glenda FLEMING/FLEMMING, and Bruce and Mary FLEMING/FLEMMING. Fondly remembered as a "great-aunt" to Bradly and Michelle, Heather, Melissa, Jeffery and Michelle, Dawn, David, Dave and Jenny, Jennifer, Nicole, Michael, Danielle, Lise Marie, Aaron and Andrea. A "great-great-aunt" to James, Bryn and Marcus HALL. Adopted friend to Rita BLAND and remembered by a host of others over the years from her days at Toronto Pharmacal, John A. Huston's Co., Lanair Travel, York Seniors Bowling League and North York Seniors. Of Saint Thomas, on Saturday, June 17, 2006, passed away peacefully at the age of 66. He leaves behind his beloved wife Milena (BUCONJIC) KOPIC, with whom they've cherished 38 years together. Dearest father to youngest daughter "Suzie" and husband Derek DENNIS with their children Luka and Niko, son Ilija KOPIC and eldest daughter Maria and husband Adam MILICIC with children Antun and Katarina. Predeceased by his parents Iljia (1942) and Mara KOPIC (1981). Leaving behind 2 sisters and 1 brother in Croatia, Ruza NEDIC, Ana TOPIC (Mato) and Josip KOPIC and devoted brother George "Duka" KOPIC of Saint Thomas and all their families. Predeceased by a brother Ivic KOPIC (1988.) He will be sadly missed by his sister-in-law Eva MLINAREVIC and family in Windsor brother-in-law Stanko BUCONJIC and family in Saint Thomas,'Rajko BUCONJIC and family in Windsor and Gojko and Tomislav and their families in Croatia. Steve was born on February 13, 1940 in (Bosna) Croatia, where he lived until he came to Canada in 1963. He worked as a bricklayer for Local #5 Union and forged many Friends and soon a wife that he married in 1967. They raised 3 children here in Saint Thomas and they now resided at his home on Kopic Court, where he watched his beloved grandchildren Luka and Niko ride around on their toys. He was the best "Dida" they could have asked for. He was an active member of the Sv. Leopold Mandic Roman Catholic Church and on the committee of his loved Croatian Zagreb Soccer Club. BOULTBEE, John Leonard (June 15, 1927-November 13, 2006)
Passed away at Lions Gate Hospital in the presence of his loving family. John was educated at Prince of Wales High School, Ridley College, Saint George's and University of British Columbia, which he left in 1946 to join his father's firm, Boultbee Sweet Real Estate and Insurance Company. He later established Cumberland Realty Group and Boultbee Realty Ltd. His association with organized real estate in Vancouver was extensive, passing, in his time, through numerous chairs and committees. John is a past president of the Vancouver Real Estate Board and the Real Estate Council of Canada. He was designated by the Appraisal Institutes of both Canada and the United States, and was the youngest Canadian member accepted by the American Institute of Real Estate Councilors. John's passions were heli-skiing in the Rockies, flying his Cessna, and fishing at Penask, all with his family and many Friends. Family times spent at Qualicum were his ultimate joy, as were his grandchildren, Liam and Jack BOULTBEE, Sian, Katie and Stephen MILL, and Kelsey, Christine and Alison BOULTBEE. John is survived by his wife of 57 years, Helen Ann (née CARMAN,) sons William (Nancy,) Steve (Janice) and daughter Jean MILL (Andy.) He is also survived by his sisters Patricia GILLEY (Gordon,) Nancy KENNEDY (Bill) and many nieces and nephews, all of whom are now preparing for the annual clan Christmas party. John was predeceased by his sister, Bobbie ARBUCKLE in 2005, his mother, Helen Jeanette in 1958 and his father, Leonard in 1977. Cherished mother of Bill of Hepworth, Don of Oxenden, Tom of Wiarton, Sharon TURGEON of Wiarton, Jim of Meaford and Norm of Wiarton. She will be sadly missed by 16 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great-grandchildren as well as her brothers Brock (Laurel) TIPPEN of Sydenham and Doug TIPPEN of Chatham. Clara was predeceased by her husband William, daughters Bonnie and Grace, parents James and Kathleen TIPPEN, brothers Harold, Arnold and Clarence and sisters Isabel WALTERS and Kay IVEY. Peacefully after a long courageous battle in Carlisle, Ontario on Tuesday, April 18th, 2006, Adam Halliday MILLAR, in his 86th year, went home to be with the Lord.
