by Doris July 1996), many in-laws, nieces and nephews. Dorothy
made Friends easily and kept them for a long time and will be
sorely missed by them all. She spent over 30 years in real estate
where she gained the respect and loyalty of her clients and colleagues.
She volunteered for the Catholic Women's League at St. Bonaventure's
Catholic Church, where she was a devoted parishioner. She participated
in cancer support groups and was always available to provide
love and support to those in need. Resting at the Paul O'Connor
Funeral Home, 1939 Lawrence Avenue East (between Pharmacy and
Warden), from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. Sunday. Funeral Mass on Monday
morning at 10: 30 a.m. at St. Bonaventure Church (Leslie south
of Lawrence). Cremation. The family wishes to express a deep
gratitude to the many doctors and nurses at Sunnybrook Hospital
who have helped care for Mom over the years. In lieu of flowers,

It is with great sadness that we say goodbye to our Dad, Gramps,
Uncle and Friend. Back yard ball games, ice rinks, road hockey
games, bike rides, walks, pennant races and famous quotes will
be remembered and greatly missed by his loving family and Friends
of all ages. Predeceased by his wife Patricia, three brothers
and three sisters. Dick will be missed by his three children
(Sean, Nancy and Kathleen) and their spouses and his ever amused
and devoted grandchildren (Matthew, Conor, Sam, Nick, Emily,
Shannon and Leah). A special thank you to Mary, Paddy and Ryan.
Your visits were a life line. Friends will be received at the

CARDARELLI, M.D. (F.R.C.S.C,) following a long and courageous
struggle with Parkinson's disease, helped by his beloved son

by Carmel, his devoted wife of almost 40 years, whom he loved
and was loved by, and four sons, Patrick, Sean (Marcey), Fr.
Owen Jr., and Kieran, to whom he was devoted and by whom he was
loved and admired. He leaves 3 brothers and 2 sisters and their
families in Ireland and Scotland. In all things, whether as husband,
father, friend, worker or acquaintance, Owen was first and foremost
a man of faith: faith in God and
in His Church. This faith in
God is now rewarded, and it is this faith which he so well demonstrated
and so faithfully handed on to us which is our strength. Visitation

He arrived in Canada at the age of 12, and spent the rest of
his life on the farm which he came to work on. He was a major

He will also be fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews, cousins,
comrades and Friends. George was a veteran of the World War 2
being a gunner of the Royal Canadian Artillery, 2nd Division.
He is predeceased by his wife Alexandria Marie, his parents World
War I veteran John Wesley and Christine

There will be a private family gathering
on Thursday, April 6th from 2: 00 to 4:00 p.m. at the Cape Croker
Community Centre. The family will receive Friends at the Community
Centre from 7: 00 to 9:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be
held at Saint Mary's Church on Friday, April 7th at 10: 00 a.m.
