Loving grandfather of 11 grandchildren and predeceased by three grandchildren. Survived by brothers Hugh (April), Lloyd (Marilyn), Darlene (Charlie) PETTIPAS, Mabel (Gilbert) MARSHALL all of Nova Scotia, Janet (Mike) TAILOR/TAYLOR, Debbie all of London and Romaine (Gerry) HUMPHREYS of Ilderton, and sister-in-law Sue HANSON of London. Predeceased by his parents Henry and Isaline (CROSBY,) brothers Bob, Raymond, Donald and infant Richard. A Memorial service will be conducted at the Westview Funeral Chapel, 709 Wonderland Road North on Saturday, March 18th, 2006 at 3: 00 p.m. with visitation one hour prior to the service. Peacefully at home after a long battle with Dementia on January 17, 2006 at the age of 71. Robert, beloved husband of Laurel. Loving father of David and Kathleen DEL GENIO and grandfather of Joseph DEL GENIO and stepfather of Deborah and Alan HOLMAN. Brother of John and Cecilia DEL GENIO, Mary and Charles JOHNSON, and predeceased by sister Florence HUMPHREYS. Robert was predeceased by his first wife Bernice. He will be missed by his many family and Friends. Mary FORD, formerly of R.R.#2, Rodney, was a well-respected member of the Presbyterian Church, New Glasgow, where she was active in the church activities for many years. Predeceased by her loving husband, Louis FORD (2001;) youngest daughter, Catharine WIGHT (2005) and son-in-law George RAPELJE (1972.) Loving mother of Lewis (Inge) FORD, Kitchener; Louisa (Tony) BOMBEN, White Rock, British Columbia; Alice (Bruce) LEE, Dutton; Ruth Ann (Evert) GRIFT, Guelph; Catharine (2005) and Larry WIGHT, Mitchell.
