It's been quite some time now since we all have been with our sweet Melanie. They always say, "Time heals everything" but in this case I feel as though time only makes me miss her more. Everybody's lives are changing and I find myself thinking of how different things would be if she hadn't of left us that awful day. I wish she were here to experience all that life gives us. I wish she could have been by my side at my wedding, I wish she could have been there when my first son was born and I wish she was here experiencing all of this for herself. It hurts me to continue thinking like this, but I know in my heart she was right there beside me every step of the way enjoying it just as much as I a.m. She would want us to live life to its fullest And sometimes I can't help but wonder who Lucas is talking to when I hear him cooing and laughing away. I bet it's our guardian Angel Mel making faces at him! I want everybody to take a second now and look back at all the happy times with Mel and listen to her voice as she laughs and feel the warmth of her arms around us. Quietly at home, on June 16, 2006, in his 87th year, while watching the U.S. Open. Beloved husband and life partner of the late Margery Howe SUNDSTROM. Dear brother of Ruth Sundstrom CANDY. Dearest father of Robin SUNDSTROM, Laurel HIGGON, Martha LYNCH, and Penny McLAREN, and cherished father-in-law of Daniel MOTHERSILL, David HIGGON, Barry LYNCH, and Murray McLAREN. Loving grandfather of Barton and Victoria MOTHERSILL, Julia and Stuart LYNCH, and Lindsay McLAREN. Dearest "Uncle Sonny" of Pat JERRED and Susan FREEMAN. Hal was a student at Vaughan Road Collegiate, and a proud old boy of Upper Canada College. Following service in Iceland with the Royal Canadian Air Force, Sonny entered University of Toronto and was a member of the first graduating class of U of T's School of Architecture. He loved buildings and boats, drawing and debate, jazz and playing piano, golf and the cryptic crossword. He was known to all his children's Friends for sleeping in the living room and tap dancing in the kitchen, and was waiting for Carnegie Hall to call about his debut. Hal was a life member of the National Yacht Club, and a founding member of the Group of Twenty and Studio 67. Hal will be deeply missed by family and Friends. His sense of humour and love of a good pun live on in his children and grandchildren. Visitation at Morley Bedford Funeral Home, 159 Eglinton Ave. W. Cherished son of the late Donald Percy WILDER and Shielah Wilder SEARS, and step-son of the late Harry SEARS. Dear brother of John and Anne WILDER, Dyana and Dana HIGLEY, and Michael WILDER. In his 81st year, formerly of Granton, passed away at Parkwood Hospital, London on Saturday, January 21st with his family at his side. John is now at peace and reunited with his beloved wife of 44 years Hilda (PASCOE) (1988) and eldest grandchild Lauchlin (1989). Precious father and father-in-law of Kelly and Rose O'CONNOR, Kevin and Patsy O'CONNOR, Kerry and Wayne HIGMAN, Kathleen KENNEDY and Sean BRENNAN, Patrick and Sue O'CONNOR and Clinton KENNEDY, Loving and proud grandfather of Timothy, Spencer, David, Darryl and Thomas; Rob, Caleigh and Ryan; Sarah, April and Adam; and great-grandfather of Darik, Connor, Dylan, Cole, Ethan, Abigail, Mallory, Emma, and Liam. Survived by sisters Edna, Mary and Patsy and brothers Bryan, Max and Jim. John was well loved and respected by his family, Friends and co-workers. He will be forever remembered by his many nieces and nephews as "Uncle Jack". John was a resident of Parkwood Hospital for 25 years as a result of a brain injury. A valued employee of Silverwood Dairies for more than 30 years, John was an outgoing person who easily gained the respect of his peers. He served gallantly and courageously in the latter years of World War 2 with Princess Patricia's Canadian Light Infantry seeing action in the Mediterranean and European theater of war. John for many years was a member of Branch 540 Royal Canadian Legion, Lucan, Ontario. John's greatest passions were his family, his grandchildren, fishing, camping, skating, cycling, music, sketching, woodworking and playing cards. Thanks to all of John's medical team at Parkwood particularly the nursing staff who's outstanding care and compassion will never be forgotten. His grand_son Tim recently composed a poem of Rememberence for his "Grandpa" "I see knowing eyes hidden behind coke bottle glasses chained by a body that won't respond I see knowing eyes. Grandmother to Ken McLEAN, Rebecca McLEAN, Jamie MORGAN and Shawn MORGAN. Also▲ survived by a sister Nan BROWN of Lambeth, son-in-law Don McLEAN of Strathroy, and a sister-in-law Joan HIGMAN of Strathroy. Predeceased▲ by her brother Alex HIGMAN. Visitation▲ will be held at Denning Bros. Funeral Home, 32 Metcalfe St. West, Strathroy, on Wednesday, December 6 from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. with funeral service at 1 p.m. Rev. Charles SEED officiating. Cremation will take place with interment at Strathroy Cemetery at a later date. Donations to the Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by the family. A tree will be planted as a living memorial to Mary.

Dear sister and sister-in-law of Catherine MIDDLETON and Joan GREEN and late brother Jack GREEN. Grandmother to six grandchildren. Loved by nieces and nephews.
