HAGEMOEN, was born in Wells, British Columbia and at an early
age moved to Burnaby, British Columbia where he graduated from
Burnaby South high school. He left University of British Columbia
with an electrical engineering degree and in his graduate year,
married Judith, mother of his first two children, Karen (Rob)
and Christine. Early in his career he joined Universal Dynamics,
eventually became President and retired from the company shortly
after its recent sale to Andritz Ltd. In 1971 he married Mary
and had two children, Kirsten and Stephen James (Xuy). Stephen
said at the end of his life that he did what he set out to do
and "did it my way." He leaves his loving family, two granddaughters,
Erin and Tara, brothers Eric (Myra) and Ian (Pat), two aunts,
Joan and Alison, nieces and nephews, other relatives and many
good Friends. There will be no service but a gathering of family
and Friends will be held at the Executive Airport Plaza Hotel,
7311 Westminster Hwy, Richmond, British Columbia, between 2 p.m.
and 4 p.m. on Friday, July 14, 2006. Friends may wish to make

to share moments with her near the end, including Lisa, Kathy,
Iris, and Valerie. Aloving wife to Jim for 19 years, Rose will
be remembered for her compassion and her ability to light up
the lives of everyone she knew. Her love touched him in ways
that will be impossible to forget. In her capacity as a pharmacist
both in the community and
at Women's College Hospital, and later
as a departmental Director, Rose brought her professionalism
and compassion to all aspects of her career. Her colleagues at
Hoffman LaRoche Ltd. have been extremely supportive before and
after Rose's ordeal with cancer. Special thanks to Lisa, Carol,

by her nieces and nephews. A funeral service was held at Saint_Joseph's
Catholic Church in Langley, British Columbia, on Saturday, September 23,
2006. A memorial service will be held in London, Ontario, at
Mary Immaculate Church (1980 Trafalgar St.) on Monday, October 2,
2006 at 11 am, followed by a reception in the Church Hall. Interment
will take place at Saint Peter's Cemetery at 2: 30 p.m. Remembrances
in the name of Ellen Kathleen
