Born in West Zorra Township on June 20, 1932 son of the late Harold and Irene (COUPLAND) UNDERHILL. Harvey was a retired carpenter and served in the Royal Canadian Air Force in Saskatoon and Winnipeg from 1951-1961. He was a member of the Port Burwell Legion 524. Friends may call at the H.A. Passed away peacefully, at the Northumberland Hills Hospital in Cobourg. Beloved wife of the late Ernest DUNSFORD and Michael LIGEZA. Loving mother to Ron DUNSFORD and his wife Dianne, June BALLANTYNE and her husband David, and the late Judith RUMFORD. Loving Nana to 13 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. The family wish to extend a special thank you to the staff of Augusta House in the Port Hope Extendicare Nursing Home for all the care and kindness they showed our mother while in residence. Predeceased by her first husband Harold V. AGAR (1968) and second husband Ivan MALOVIC (2001.) Cherished mother of Harold (Bud) AGAR (Marion,) Stratford, Janice GRAVELLE (Mike), Stratford, and Larry AGAR (Helene) Sarnia. Predeceased by a son, Robert (Verne), also brothers Fergus, Stanley, Leo, Frank, Gerald, Basil, and sister Irene. Peacefully, on Monday, March 27th, 2006, in his 92nd year, following a long and fulfilled life. Dearly loved husband of Irmgard, to whom he was deeply devoted for more than 60 years. Remembered with love by younger sister Betty. Beloved father of six proud sons, David, James, Harold, Douglas, Bruce and Kevin and daughters-in-law, Kathleen, Genevieve, Diane, Lynne, Sheila and Jennifer. Will be sadly missed by his grandchildren Alexandra, Chris, Meredith, Ian, Keith, Christopher, James, Michael, Ryan, Craig, Scott, Heather, David, Robert and Cameron and great-grandchildren. Loved by his nephew, Derek and nieces, Molly and Marcia. After enlisting in the British Army during the first week of World War 2, served with great distinction and valour. One of only 12 Regimental Sergeant Majors throughout the British Empire, R.S.M. DUNSMUIR was attached to the Royal Engineers and led advance troops in the European offensive, including the D Day campaign, through France, Belgium, Holland and into Germany by V Day. Wounded twice and recipient of the Belgian Croix de Guerre for bravery in the face of the enemy, for 'his complete disregard for his own personal safety' and 'devotion to duty'. Commended in despatches for his gallantry and recipient of the Certificate of Gallantry from Field Marshall Montgomery. Settled in Ontario after the war and pursued a career path with great success in the paint and architectural finish industry including management positions with Pratt and Lambert and, ultimately, as President of Performance Coatings. Predeceased by younger brothers Jim and Tommy. Immensely proud of his family, by whom he will be loved and honoured, always. Sincere thanks to Doctor REINHARTZ and the staff at Humber River Regional Hospital for their care and support. There will be a private family gathering Sunday, April 2nd, 2006, to celebrate his accomplished and wonderful life.

Dear father of Joanne (Greg GOGAN) Ronald (Kim JEANS) Janet (John ROCHON) and Michael (Donna WILEY.) Loving grandfather to Melanie, Kaeli, Michael, Patrick, Ryan, Daniel, Christopher, Avery, Trisha, and Jonathan. son of the late Doctor George McAdie HALE and May REID. Brother to George K. HALE. Pilot in Royal Canadian Air Force 1943-45. Graduate of McGill University in Medicine in 1949. On staff Cardiology at The Montreal General Hospital. Associate professor McGill University 1954-1980. More recently on staff at the Toronto General Hospital. Retired Vice President and Medical Director of the Sun Life Assurance Company of Canada. A keen sportsman, He was inducted into the McGill University Hockey Hall of Fame in 1998. A long time member and past president of the country club of Montreal, and in recent years a member of the York Downs Golf and Country Club in Markham, Ontario. A memorial service will be held on Monday May 29th, 2006 at Central United Church at 1 p.m. A reception will follow at the York Downs Golf and Country Club 4134 16th Avenue, Unionville, Ontario.
