Of Saint Thomas and formerly of Trenton on Saturday, September 9th, 2006, at the Saint Thomas-Elgin General Hospital, in her 82nd year. Dearly loved wife of Joseph Armand (Terry) and loved mother of Darlene and her husband Robert BOUCHER of Kingston, Connie FANSET of Saint Thomas, Deane and her husband Don LORAAS of Ottawa, Shane and her husband Derek PRESSE of Milton, Joe and his wife Liz FANSET of Forest, Teresa and her husband Brian WILSON of Kingston, David FANSET and his partner Cindy of Ottawa and Dale and his wife Kat of Leamington. Sadly missed by 13 grandchildren and 1 great-grand_son. Predeceased by a brother Robert COXE and by 3 sisters Elaine BURNS, Kathleen BAIRSTOW and Deane CLARK. Virginia was born in Brandon, Manitoba on July 18, 1925, the daughter of the late Doctor Samuel John and Clara Louise (BURK/BURKE) COXE. She worked for Revenue Canada and was a member of Holy Angels' Church. Resting at Williams Funeral Home, 45 Elgin Street, Saint Thomas until Wednesday morning and then to Holy Angels' Church where Mass of the Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10: 00 a.m. Cremation to follow. Visitation Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Prayers will be recited at the funeral home on Tuesday at 7: 00 p.m. Remembrances may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.

Suddenly at his home on Monday, January 23, 2006. Steven Charles COXEN of Port Stanley in his 39th year. Beloved son of Margaret (WILSON) COXEN and the late Percival Charles COXEN (1989.) Dear father of Jessica and Steven Jr. Dear brother of Mrs. Judith FELLBAUM and her husband Norm of Courtnay, British Columbia, William COXEN and his wife Edith of Ailsa Craig and Mrs. Wendy SCHULTZ and her husband Wayne of Woodstock, Jody COXEN of London (mother of Jessica and Steven Jr.). Also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and nieces and nephews. Friends will be received by the family from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the A. Millard George Funeral Home, 60 Ridout Street South, London. A memorial service will be conducted in the chapel on Friday, January 27th at 1: 30 p.m. with Reverend Junior SORZANO officiating. Peacefully at home, after a short illness, with family by her side, on Monday July 10, 2006. 'Jeannie' Frances Jean ELLIOT/ELLIOTT (WILSON) in her 76th year. Beloved and devoted wife of the late Kenneth Roy ELLIOT/ELLIOTT (1999.) Loving mother of Cathy MARSH of Highgate, Michael and his wife Carol of Dorchester and the late Ken Jr. (2003) and his wife Jackie of London. She will be sadly missed by her grandchildren Fred, Elizabeth, Sonya and Sara, and great-grandchildren Cody, Paige and Ashland. Dear sister of Sadie DREW, Margaret COXEN, Jack and Bob. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents Edith Mary and Arthur Edward WILSON, and brothers Frank and Dougie. Of Strathroy (formerly of Hanover). In her 81st year after a long and courageous battle with cancer at Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital on April 27th, 2006 with her family at her side. Predeceased by husband Murray (1988). Also predeceased by sister Minnie RUBY (1961,) and brother Lloyd COXON (1996) and infant sister Margaret. Survived by brother Doctor Earl COXON, Wellesley, Ontario, son Brian CLOES (Vera) of Horseshoe Valley, daughter Carol DAVIES (Dan THOURNOUT) of Strathroy and Linda PALMER (Jim) of London. Also survived by 6 grandchildren. Ada was a proud member of the United Church Women. Memorial Service to be held in Hanover at the Grace United Church on Thursday May 4th, 2006 at 1 p.m. with Rev. COXON, Joyce Colleen May
On March 28th, 2006, in her 77th year, Joyce's battle with cancer and her pain and suffering ended. Predeceased by her parents and two brothers, she will be missed for her independent spirit and her quick wit. At Joyce's request, private arrangements have been made, with interment taking place at Saint_James' Cemetery. Sincere thanks to neighbors, Friends, family and Sunnybrook staff, who helped and supported Joyce.

Born August 2, 1927 in Peterborough, England. Immigrated to Canada in 1950. Colin lived most of his life in Markham, then retired to the Little Britain area and then to Lindsay where he passed away at the Ross Memorial Hospital, on Thursday, April 20, 2006. Colin, in his 79th year, was the loving husband of the late Doreen (née BLAINEY.) Much loved father of Debbie MYERS of Markham, Mark (Gerry) of Lindsay, Laura KAVANAGH (Jeff) of Markham, Barb COXWORTH (Bryan) of Midland, Bruce (Angie) of Markham, and Derek (Natalie) of Mississauga. Dear grandfather of Lindsay, Anna, Danny, Stephanie, Jill, Spencer, Jackie, Callie-Rae, Sam, Amanda, Megan, Eric, Colin, and Sean. Died in Ottawa, July 4th, of complications from asthma and a rare type of pneumonia. Known and loved around the world as medical educator and mentor, Doctor Don had just celebrated his 81st birthday with his wife Doctor Liz and his family and Friends. He leaves three sons, Jamie of Manotick, Don (Ruth) of Ayr, and Alan of Ottawa, and two daughters Alison of Saint_John's, Newfoundland and Elizabeth (Paul COXWORTHY) of Saint_John's; grand_son Adam sister Elizabeth (Douglas) WATERSTON and family; Dan (Jenny) WATERSTON of Guelph, Jane (Francois BREGHA) and Christy (Tom BEAVER) of Ottawa, Charlotte (Rob) TURNER of London and Rosemary (Phil KING) of Toronto and many great-nephews and nieces. Born in Montreal and educated at McGill, Don served overseas in World War 2, taking part in the liberation of Holland. With Liz, fellow paediatrician and fellow devotee to the cause of furthering child health worldwide, he worked for years in Kenya, Uganda, Malaysia, Laos, the Philippines, etc., interlacing overseas service with educational leadership in McGill, Memorial University of Newfoundland, McMaster University and University of Ottawa. Private funeral service will be held at All Saints' Anglican Church, Ottawa. A memorial service will be arranged and announced later. The family offers heartfelt thanks to the nurses and medical team in the intensive care unit Ottawa General Hospital, Doctor WHITLEY and Sarah WATERSTON.
