Wednesday, July 19, 2006 at Ste. Agathe des Monts, in his 82nd year after a brief battle with cancer. Born August 15, 1924 in Montreal to the late George Ritchie HODGSON and Edyth HARROWER. Predeceased by his sister Jane, loving wife Orian, and his beloved son Grahame. Survived by his son Geordie HODGSON (Anne JOHNSTON,) daughters Cynthia (Douglas GILDAY) and Holly (Michael ADAM/ADAMS,) and brother Tom HODGSON (Heather.) Dearly missed by Ainslie STEWARD/STEWART/STUART, his beloved second wife, and her children Alexandra (Marc COURTOIS,) Margaret, Andrew (Paul WOLLASTON), and Dorothy (Cris MALEKOS). Also survived by his grandchildren, Jesse, Logan and Byron GILDAY of Whitehorse, Taylor and Todd ADAM/ADAMS of Victoria, and Tyler and Morgan HODGSON of Vermont. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, July 25th, 2006, 2: 00 p.m. at Holy Trinity Church, 12 rue Préfontaine ouest, Ste. Agathe des Monts, Quebec. On Monday, April 17th, 2006, B. Marks LEE finally lost his tenacious hold on life at age 76. His indomitable spirit and sense of humour will remain an inspiration to his family and all who knew him. Dearly loved husband of Barbara A. (RAMSAY) LEE. Loving father of Teresa and Mike VAN ESCH, Janet and Bob KOCZWARA and Scott and Stephanie (HAGEMANN) LEE. Very proud grandfather of Nicole, Brett, Ben, Meghan, Victoria and Richard. Survived by his sisters-in-law Agnes LEE (Southampton) and Margaret COUSE (Orangeville,) brother-in-law Charles ELLIS (Port Elgin) and by several nieces and nephews and their families. Predeceased by her beloved husband, Lazaros NESSINIS (1986). Loving mother to her cherished and darling daughter Toula NESSINIS. Daughter of the late Methodis and Demetra TSATLIS. Sister of Eva STAMCOS, Olga EVANS, Foula IOANNIDIS, and the late Kalliopi TSATLIS. He had a wide circle of Friends who were lucky to enjoy his quick wit and entertaining ways. Although he was an independent and active businessman who owned and operated his own veterinary pharmaceutical company (K-Vet) for most of his career, he was active in numerous other endeavors including a long tenure with the Canadian Figure Skating Association, Chairman of Conestoga College and many community associations. Never one to be bored, he thrived on family ski vacations, summers at the cottage, bridge clubs, interesting and distant travels and always dabbling in something. Peacefully at his residence surrounded by his family, on Friday, July 14, 2006, Henry Joseph RAAYMAKERS, age 74, of Chatham, beloved husband of 47 years to Germaine (VANDENBERGHE) RAAYMAKERS. Born in Belgium in 1931, son of the late Anna (LEMMENS) and Frans RAAYMAKERS, Henry owned and operated Henry's T.V. Sales and Service on William St. S. for over 35 years. He came to Canada in 1951, and for 25 years was the Sacristan at Saint_Joseph's Church, in April of 2006 he received the Bene Merenti Award, the highest honour awarded a lay person by the Vatican. Loving father of Timothy "Tim" RAAYMAKERS and his wife Margaret and Darlene COUTURE all of Chatham. Cherished grandfather of Karianne, Kassondra and Kyle COUTURE, Laura, Michelle, Joseph and Emily RAAYMAKERS.
