Sister made her profession as a Sister of the Good Shepherd on November 21, 1943 in Halifax, Nova Scotia, serving in Halifax, Saint John, New Brunswick, Toronto, Vancouver, and Windsor, Ontario. Daughter of the late Elisee BOURQUE and Nellie MUISE of Amiraults Hill, Nova Scotia. Sister is survived by her two sisters, Lillian GORDON, Yarmouth and Evelyn FRYLINK, Trois Rivieres, Quebec, brothers Stanley, Amiraults Hill, Leonard, Port Maitland and Louis, Brossard, Quebec, niece Judy BELLIVEAU, Amiraults Hill and many other nieces and nephews. Predeceased by brother George BOURQUE. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday, April 7th at 8 a.m. at Providence Chapel, 3276 St. Clair Ave. East. Interment Mount Hope Cemetery. Of Saint Thomas passed away peacefully at the Saint Thomas-Elgin General Hospital on Wednesday, November 22, 2006, in her 93rd year. Wife of the late Pasquale SBARRA (1974.) Loving mother of Nicholas SBARRA, husband of Brigitta, and Eviliana, wife of Frank MICELLI, all of Saint Thomas. Dear grandmother of Carol, wife of Ken GREIN of Brantford, Gary SBARRA, husband of Annette, and Renato MICELLI, of Saint Thomas. She will be sadly missed by her five great-grandchildren, Melissa, Justin and Tyler of Brantford, and Adam and Zachary of Saint Thomas. Sister of the late Innocenzo RUMMOLO. Also survived by a large number of relatives in her native Italy. Teresa will be remembered with kindness by the many Friends she made over the years. Born in Italy, July 7, 1914, the daughter of the late Rosario and Filomena DI BELLO) RUMMOLO. She immigrated to Canada with her husband and two children in June of 1951 and lived in Saint Thomas from September of the same year to the date of her passing. Teresa was employed in the Housekeeping Dept. (Nurses Residence) of the Saint Thomas-Elgin General Hospital until her retirement in 1979. She was a member of Holy Angels' Roman Catholic Church. Friends will be received at the Sifton Funeral Home, 118 Wellington Street, Saint Thomas on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. (Prayers at 7: 00 p.m.). The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Holy Angels' Roman Catholic Church, Saint Thomas on Saturday, November 25th at 10: 00 a.m. followed by interment in Holy Angels' Cemetery. Flowers gratefully declined. If so desired, memorial donations to the Saint Thomas-Elgin General Hospital Foundation or Holy Angels' Roman Catholic Church will be appreciated. Peacefully at home with her family at her side on May 30, 2006, Johanna Elizabeth (Liz) Casey (née VAN DER VEEN) of Ipperwash passed away in her 82nd year. Dearest wife and best friend of Graham CASEY. Loving mother of Linda HODGSON/ IRONSIDE, Sandra HODGSON, Douglas HODGSON all of London, Paul and Susan CASEY of Ipperwash, and Allison and Sam SWAIN of Birmingham, England. Cherished grandmother of Christopher, Amy, Angie, Lee, Adam and Amanda, and great grandmother of Daniel, Dylan, Emily and Ashlyn. Will also be sadly missed by nieces and nephews, brother-in-law Jan STOFFER of Holland, and sister-in-law Audrey THOROVAL of Collingwood. Predeceased by her parents Hendrick and Hendricka VAN DER VEEN (née BELTMAN,) and sister Mary STOFFER of Holland. Our heartfelt thanks to all the Personal Support Workers and nurses of the Victorian Order of Nurses services for their tender care. Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held at the Knox Presbyterian Church in Thedford on June 14, 2006 at 2: 30 p.m. with the Rev. Dr. Christine O'REILLY officiating. It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Dad, Nonno, Brother, Uncle and Friend. Suddenly on April 12th, 2006 we lost our "Man of Steel". He was an Excellent Father and always cared for others. He was so ambitious that nothing stopped him. He entered Canada in 1966 for a new beginning and succeeded successfully. He is profoundly remembered by his late wife, Angela, his children, Gregorio, Maria, Lorenzo (Sarah), Monica (Wayne), his grandchildren, Paolo, Marisa, Christian and Luke, brothers, sisters, cousins, nephews and nieces. It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Belle on January 24, 2006. Beloved wife of the late Hugh Emerson SWARTZ. Loving and proud mother of Paul, Michael and James. Cherished grandmother of Stephanie, Mike, Courtlandt and Alexandria. Great-grandmother of Declan and Avery. Her passing was sudden and unexpected at the height of her career and life long passion, as an artist. Belle loved spending time with her family and Friends whom she loved very much. But of all her love, none was closer and more special to her than her dear friend Lorraine MONK. She has been a dynamic part of the lives of those who have met her and will be sorely missed by all.
