Died peacefully at home in Foxboro Green, Baden on January 24, 2006, two days before his 88th birthday, from complications resulting from a fall on November 23rd. Bill is survived by his wife, Flora (née MacMURPHY,) whom he married December 26th, 1946. Father of Peggy SMITH and her husband, Trevor, of Toronto and their children, Shona, Naomi and her husband, Brian DEWOLFSMITH, Kyla, and Bryony. Father of Dan CONGDON and his wife, Mary, of Waterloo, and their children, Peter and Lisa. Brother of Jean BEERS and her husband, Ross, of Yarker, Ontario, and Arthur JOHNSTON. Predeceased by his sister, Anna JOHNSTON, and his parents, Duncan CONGDON and Lucy JOHNSTON. Bill was a Polysar employee from 1943 to 1980. Bill and Flora lived many years in Sarnia and Strathroy, before moving to Foxboro Green, Baden. At Bill's request, cremation has taken place and there will be no visitation or funeral. We can imagine the smile on your face, As you walk through the woods in your beautiful place, with all of us now in your view. This is so very difficult, but we will all be okay, It isn't goodbye, as we'll see you one day.
After a brief, but courageous battle with cancer, Edward Lee ROLOSON Sr., of Vienna, passed away at his home on Wednesday, April 19, 2006 in his 62nd year. Dearly loved husband of Lynda. Loving and caring father of Tracy and her husband Gerry ROWLAND of Tillsonburg; Wendy and her husband Ken BROWN of Vittoria Edward Jr. and his wife Alida ROLOSON of Vienna. Proud grandfather of Sean VAN BEERS, Cameron and Vanessa WIER, Lauren ROLOSON, and Lauren's new baby brother or sister due to arrive this summer. Predeceased by his parents, Louis and Victoria ROLOSON, and his eldest sister, Virginia COMPEAU. Ed will be sadly missed by his brother John, sister Shirley, and their families. An avid hunter and outdoorsman, and long time resident of the area, the community and his many Friends will miss his kindness, endless enthusiastic spirit, sense of humour and generosity. At Ed's request, there will be no public visitation. A Private family service and interment was held at the St. Luke's Cemetery in Vienna. BEESLEY, Anne Marie (née UNSWORTH)
On January 2nd, 2006 Heaven's Gates opened up and welcomed Anne Marie in. After a courageous battle with cancer, she passed away peacefully at William Osler Health Centre, with family by her side. As a teacher for the Dufferin Peel Separate School Board for 30 years, Anne Marie assisted in molding many young minds. Her legacy of inspiration will live on in the thousands of lives she has touched. Anne Marie will be greatly missed and fondly remembered by her sons James and Scott BEESLEY, daughter-in-law Angela and grandchildren Hannah and Zachariah BEESLEY. With great sorrow she leaves behind her mother Catherine UNSWORTH and brothers Jerry, Michael and Brian and their families. Her father Al UNSWORTH and sister Marion GUBB hold out their hands and welcome Ann Marie into the light. Special thanks to Friends who stood by her side.
