YOSHIDA passed away peacefully at Parkwood Hospital
on Friday, July 1, 2005 in his 84th year. Beloved husband of
Katy for 57 years. His quiet, generous spirit and loving smile
will be sadly missed by his children Carolyn (Brian), Dennis
(Kim), Dale (Bill) and Kevin (Pat) and grandchildren Liam, Will,
Midori and Rebecca. Brother of Ida, Tokio (Mary) and Noriuki
(Kinue) and brother-in-law to Sue. Pre-deceased by Kanako, Chizuko
and Shigeuki Edward. A private family service was held at Forest
Lawn Memorial Chapel, 1997 Dundas Street East (at Wavell) London
on Monday, July 4, 2005. The family extends heartfelt thanks
to staff at 4B South, Parkwood Hospital for their care and Friendship
to Kumeo over the past nine years, and
to Dr. Frank

and the Intensive Care Unit staff at L.H.S.C. Victoria Campus,
South Street site for their support and advice. Those wishing
