Peacefully, at the Kipling Acres Home for the Aged, on Wednesday,
April 13, 2005. Paraskevi
YOANNIDIS, at the age of 97. Dearly
beloved wife of the late Lazaros. Beloved mother of Sophie and
her husband Len, Steve and his wife the late Melpomeni, Thomas
and his wife Kathy, Mike and his wife Mary, and George and his
wife Elli. Loving Yiayia of 12 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren
and 2 great-great-grandchildren. Fondly remembered by her family
and Friends. Resting at the Newediuk Funeral Home, Kipling Chapel,
2104 Kipling Ave., Etobicoke (two blocks north of Rexdale Blvd.)
from 5 p.m. Saturday. Funeral Monday, leaving the funeral home
at 9: 30 a.m. for Funeral Service from Sts. Constantine and Helen
Church (1 Brookhaven Drive) at 10 a.m. Interment Pine Hills Cemetery.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Arthritis Society
would be appreciated by the family. (The family will receive
their Friends at the funeral home on Saturday from 5 p.m. to
9 p.m. and Sunday from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.)
