As a physician with the Brampton East Medical Group, Wayne faithfully
served his community for 37 years. As a member of the Field Botanists
of Ontario, he was an avid botanist and photographer with a special
interest in native Ontario wildflowers, especially orchids. He
was a voracious reader with a wide range of interests. His life
was a journey, not a destination, and he lived it one day at
a time. Friends may call at the Ward Funeral Home, 52 Main St.
S., Brampton (905-451-2124) on Friday, September 30 from 6-9
p.m. The memorial service to celebrate his life will be held
at St. Paul's United Church, 30 Main St. S., Brampton on Saturday,
October 1, 2005 at 10: 30 with a reception to follow. Donations,
in lieu of flowers, may be made to Frontier College or the Nature
Conservancy of Canada (Ontario Region).

at the age of 88. Beloved wife of the late Robert Russell "Russ"

receive Friends at the Weaver Family Funeral Home, 170 Dundas
St. West, Trenton on Saturday, May 7th from 2-4 p.m., Sunday
from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. and again on Monday from 12: 30-1:30 p.m.
at St. George's Church. Service will take place on Monday, May
9th at 1: 30 p.m. at St. George's Church, the Ven. James
McSHANE
officiating. Interment St. George's Cemetery. Anita received
her nursing degree at an early age of 20 and was one of very
few women to receive her pilot's license at the age of 21 years.
She moved to Trenton permanently in 1955. She was President of
the Royal Canadian Air Force Guild 1960, Commander of Squadronettes,
Royal Canadian Air Force Trenton Power Squadron 1963, Educational
Director for the Cancer Society from 1962-1965, and was Senior
Nurse and Supervisor until 1963 at T.M.H. Anita also was the
Trenton High School Nurse from 1963-1975, Chairman of the hospital
Auxiliary Bridge Club, President of the Trenton P.C. Women's
Association from 1982-1984, Vice President of the Ontario P.C.
Women's Association in 1982 and until 2003 she was active at
the Trenton Curling Club and has served as Chairman and President
of the Ladies' Curling League and former Director of the Trenton
Country Club. The family would like to espress their sincere
gratitude for the care given by the staff at Kingston General
Hospital and Anita's homecare team. As an expression of sympathy,
donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated

Peacefully at rest with Jesus. Loving mother of Trevor. Dear
daughter of Bridie and the late John. Beloved sister of Marilyn
and the late Violet and Carol. Also missed by her partner John.
Dearly loved aunt of twelve nieces and nephews and great-aunt
of six. Fondly remembered by close family Friends. Will be sadly
missed by all. Visitation will be held at Washington and Johnston
