He went on to work for Canadian Broadcasting Corporation in Ottawa,
London, England and Toronto as a reporter, anchor and producer.
Tim was always drawn to teaching and in 1993, he and Margo moved
to Britain to pursue that dream. He took his PhD in 1996 at the
University of Wales (Cardiff).
Upon his return to Canada, Tim taught briefly in Calgary before
moving to Canadian Broadcasting Corporation Edmonton where he
became Managing Editor.
He shaped and influenced many journalists who will miss him dearly.
In addition to Margo, Tim is survived by their 10-year-old daughter
Aislinn; his father Ross of Oakville; brother Andy (Kristin),
their children Cooper and Avery of Willmington, Massachusetts.
his mother-in-law Connie
