Passed away peacefully, on Friday Novem ber 11th, 2005, at Parkview
Manor Nursing Home, Chesley, age 74 years. Beloved hus band of
Hillegonda “Hilda“. Loving father of John S.
SMITH and his wife
Karen, of Kitchener and Gladys J.
THIELKE and her husband Dwayne,
of the Philippines. Cherished grandfather of Carita, Alanna,
Olivia, Frederick, Timothy and Matthew. Dear brother of John
(Grace) of Guelph, Koos (Marchien), Aiko (Harmke) and Anneke
(Wubbe) WUBS, all of the Netherlands. Will be fondly remembered
by his many cousins. A memorial service will be held at the Waterloo
Christian Reformed Church, 209 Bearinger Road, Waterloo on Friday,
November 18th, 2005 at 4: 00 p.m. The family will receive Friends
at the church one hour prior from 3: 00 to 4:00 p.m. A reception
will follow in the church hall. As expressions of sympathy, donations
may be made to the Alzheimer Society - Grey-Bruce or Charity
