VUYLSTEKE, age 69 of Saint Thomas,
after a short illness, surrounded by the love and prayers of
his family, went peacefully to meet his Lord. He leaves behind
his wife, best friend and soul mate Gail
(DAVIES)
VUYLSTEKE and
six children, Meacheal (Judy) of Guelph, Don (Denise) of Vienna,
Terry (Penny), Tim (Karen), all of Tillsonburg, Sheri (Steve
COPLAND) and Scott
SCRIBNER
(Lisa,) all of London. He was very
proud of his 10 grandchildren. He also leaves two brothers, Ron
(Fran) of Tillsonburg and Bob of Saint Thomas, in-laws, Brian and
Marcie DAVIES and Lynn and Dave
BENN, all of Saint Thomas, several
nieces and nephews and many Friends he touched along the way.
He grew up in Langton, Fairground and Tillsonburg before settling
in Saint Thomas. He was a transport driver for 50 years and then
devoted himself to volunteering at Holy Angels' Roman Catholic
Church and with the Knights of Columbus. He was also a member
of Royal Canadian Legion Branch 153, Tillsonburg and was a past
president of the Elgin County Dream Cruisers, which used their
car cruise nights to raise funds for the Make-a-Wish Foundation.
Roger was an avid dart player and golfer. Friends will be received
at the Sifton Funeral Home, 118 Wellington Street, Saint Thomas
on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The Mass of Christian Burial
will be celebrated at Holy Angels' Roman Catholic Church, St.
Thomas on Thursday at 10 a.m. Following cremation, private interment
in Holy Angels' Cemetery. Flowers gratefully declined. If so
desired, memorial donations may be made to Holy Angels' Restoration
Fund or charity of one's choice. Prayers will be recited at the
funeral home on Wednesday at 8: 30 p.m.

Proud grandmother of Jawni-Lynn, Jayme, Cole, Ben,
Michael and Makenna. She will be remembered as a loving daughter,
mother and grandmother. We will miss her loving spirit, caring
support and Friendship. Sue was strong and loyal who always had
time for her family, Friends and community. She will be fondly
remembered. Her final resting place will be at Smuck Cemetery
in Bayham Township. In accordance with her wishes there will
be no funeral or visitation. We would like you to remember Sue
in your own way. We will remember her always. Thank you for your

(Bob) VUYLSTEKE passed away December 4, 2005 at the age of 67.

his adult years Bob was a self employed businessman living in
the Saint Thomas and Tillsonburg areas. Much loved uncle of 7 nieces
and nephews, several great-nieces and great-nephews as well as
several cousins. Cremation has taken place. A celebration of
Bob's life will take place at a later date.
