Passed away peacefully, following a long illness, on Saturday,
February 12, 2005 at the age of 75. Beloved wife of William
VRTIK
of 50 years. Loving and wonderful mother of Linda (George

Adored grandmother of Stephanie
ALEXIOU,
Garrett and Adam
CYPRUS. Fondly remembered by three
sisters Vera, Kay and Mary. She will be held dear in the hearts
of her relatives and many Friends. Friends may call at the Turner
& Porter "Peel" Chapel, 2180 Hurontario Street, Mississauga (Hwy.
10 North of Queen Elizabeth Way) on Monday, February 14 from
2-4 and 6-9 p.m., and Tuesday from 6-8 p.m. Funeral Mass will
be held Wednesday, February 16, 2005 at 10 a.m. at Sts. Cyril
and Methodius Church, 5255 Thornwood Dr., Mississauga. Interment
Holy Cross Cemetery, Thornhill. In Anne's memory, donations may
be made to the Canadian National Institute for the Blind or your
favourite charity. A special thank you to Dr. Robert

staff at Scarborough General Hospital and staff at Providence
Villa, Scarborough.
