It is with deep sadness we announce the passing of Ngung VU at home with his family, in his 85th year, on Saturday, December 3, 2005. Arthur Reginald of Elgin Manor, went home to be with his Lord on Sunday, February 27, 2005 at the age of 92. He was the beloved husband of the late Lyla Asenath (BOGART.) Loved father of Lynn Arthur and his wife Elsie HUTCHINGS of Southwold and Ferne Irene HUTCHINGS- JAMESON of Saint Thomas. Beloved grandfather of Jeanette (Randy) VOADEN of Waterloo, Barbara (Martin) WALT of Brantford, Margaret HUTCHINGS of Caledon, Daniel HUTCHINGS of Southwold, Joy (Rod) CAMPBELL of Saint Thomas. Loved great-grandfather of Josiah, Charity and Issac Walt, Matthew and Emily VOADEN, Danielle Asenath CAMPBELL. Loving brother of Vernon and Marie HUTCHINGS and brother-in-law Dean BOGART.
Art was born in England on October 10, 1912, the son of the late Ernest and Edith HUTCHINGS, and was predeceased by his brother Harold and nephew Reggie. Lovingly remembered by a number of nieces, nephews and cousins. Art was proud to be a farmer who loved life and had a wonderful sense of humour and was a life long member of McBrides Fellowship Church. Resting at Williams Funeral Home, 45 Elgin Street, Saint Thomas, where funeral service will be held Thursday at 1: 00 p.m. Visitation Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Interment in the spring at McArthur Cemetery. Donations may be made to the Gideons or charity of choice.

SMITH, Winnifred M. (LUPSON)
Peacefully, surrounded by her family, after a courageous battle following heart surgery, Mrs. Winnifred M. (LUPSON) SMITH of Saint Thomas, loving wife of George A. SMITH for 52 years, passed away at the London Health Sciences Centre, University Campus on Monday, August 29, 2005, in her 72nd year. Mother of Linda TAILOR/TAYLOR- BALL of Saint Thomas, Jim SMITH (Rose "Romie") of Guelph and Karen SEALY (Michael) of London. Grandmother of John TAILOR/TAYLOR (Lisa) of London, George BALL of Saint Thomas and Mitchell, Logan and Rachel SEALY, all of London. Sister of Joyce COWIN of London, Elizabeth UDELL (Bob) of Saint Thomas, Diane DURBRIDGE (Bill) of Dutton and Sharon ROWLANDS (Brian) of Sparta. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by sisters, June CLARKE and Elaine VOAKES and a brother, Fred LUPSON. Born in London, March 11, 1934, daughter of the late Frederick and Clara BULLOCK) LUPSON, she lived all her life in the London and Saint Thomas area. Winnie was a retired stenographer for the Saint Thomas Psychiatric Hospital and a former employee for the C.N.O. Railroad, the Ford Motor Company of Canada Ltd. Saint Thomas Assembly Plant, the S.T.E.G.H. and the Royal Bank of Saint Thomas. A very active member of the community, she volunteered for the Canadian Cancer Society and the Heart and Stroke Foundation. Winnie also enjoyed the outdoors especially hiking and fishing. Friends will be received at the Sifton Funeral Home, 118 Wellington Street, Saint Thomas on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. where the funeral service will be held on Friday at 1: 30 p.m. Interment in Elmdale Memorial Park. Memorial donations to the charity of one's choice gratefully acknowledged.
