Mary M. BEATTIE, R.N. of London. Miss
BEATTIE was born at Mandaumin,
Ontario (Plympton Township). She has been a resident of London
since 1920. A member of First-St. Andrew's United Church since
1924. Graduate of Victoria Hospital 1934. She served as a 1st
Lieutenant in the American Army in the Philippines, having nursed
in Pasadena, California for 10 years. The remainder of her private
nursing since 1946 has been in London, and she retired in 1976
from the Westminster Hospital staff after 13 years.

TYMCHUK of Victoria, British Columbia, and predeceased by 3 nieces.
At Mary's expressed wish, there will be no funeral service and
cremation has taken place, with interment of cremated remains
in Pond Mills Cemetery, London. As expressions of sympathy, memorial
donations would be appreciated to the charity of your choice.

20, 2005 at Greater Niagara General Hospital with her daughters
Judith and Marion at her side. Betty was in her 85th year. She
was predeceased by her husband, Reverend Henry Cenek

Her generous, caring spirit, positive outlook on life and steadfast
faith remain beacons for all who remember her. In accordance
with Betty's wishes, cremation will be followed by a private
family inurnment. A Service of Thanksgiving and Remembrance at
St. Paul Street United Church in St. Catharines will follow,
date to be announced. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made
to the Arthritis Society or the Heart and Stroke Foundation.

Vince was employed with Brewers Retail as group manager until
his retirement. He was the founder (1987) and President Emeritus
of the Brain Injury Community Re-Entry Niagara Incorporation.
He was a life member of the Board of Directors. Vince is resting
at the George Darte Funeral Home, 585 Carlton Street, St. Catharines
until Thursday at 10: 30 a.m. Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated
in St. Denis Church at 11: 00 a.m. Rite of committal in Victoria
Lawn Cemetery. Visiting hours are Tuesday 7-9 p.m. and Wednesday
2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Vigil prayers will be held in the funeral home
on Wednesday at 3: 30 p.m. Memorial remembrances to Save the Children
