The little girl was diagnosed with glioblastoma, a brain tumour,
on October 13, 2003.
Since her diagnosis Racheal had been in and out of the Toronto
Hospital for Sick Children, where she received treatment, including
chemotherapy.
Doctors say that 50 per cent or less of the children diagnosed
with glioblastoma survive.
Racheal was well-known in the community. People rallied around
Racheal and her family during the little girl's health troubles,
donating money to help cover expenses.
Among the organizations to step up to the plate was the Royal
Canadian Legion and numerous individuals.
Family and Friends can pay their respect to Racheal's family
at the Carruthers and Davidson Funeral Home in Stayner today
(Friday). A visitation is from 3-4 p.m. and from 7-9 p.m.
A funeral for Racheal will take place at 1: 30 p.m at First Presbyterian
Church, 200 Maple Street, in Collingwood on Saturday.

It is with great sadness our family announces that on Saturday,
March 19, 2005, Reginald passed away with his family by his side.
Devoted husband of 56 years to the late Winifred. Loving father
to son Roger and his wife Sandra, daughter Lynne and her husband
Michael ADAM/ADAMS, and daughter Pamela
TWISELTON. Cherished grandfather
to Jamie TWISELTON and partner Anne Marie, Ian
TWISELTON and
Ryan ADAM/ADAMS.

Reginald was born in Liverpool, England in 1908 and had immigrated
to Canada in 1947 where he married Winifred in 1948. He spent
most of his working career as a public accountant and also volunteered
his time at H.J. Alexander School in Weston and was a lay reader
at Saint John's Anglican Church. Friends are invited to pay their
respects at the Ward Funeral Home, 2035 Weston Road (north of
Lawrence Avenue), Weston, on Tuesday, March 22 from 7-9 p.m.
Funeral service will be held at Saint John's Anglican Church, 2125
Weston Road, on Wednesday, March 23, 2005 at 11: 30 a.m. In lieu
of flowers, to those wishing, donations may be made to the Diabetes
Association or the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario. Condolences

Peacefully on April 3rd, 2005 at the age of 83. Predeceased by
his wife Margaret. He will be sadly missed by his children Clyde
and John (Donna). He will be remembered by his grandchildren
Lisa (Denis) and Jada, and his great-grandchild Marcus. He will
remain in the thoughts of his siblings Annie, Pauline and Tommy.
Friends will be received at Lynett Funeral Home, 3299 Dundas
