in his 82nd year. Beloved husband of Claire for 55 years. Father

O'LEARY of Sydney, Nova Scotia. Cherished grandpa of Jacob, Michael,
Claire and Andrew. Predeceased by eldest son Michael, brother
Hilary and sister Margaret.
Cecil was a graduate of St. Francis Xavier University and McGill
University. He served in the Royal Canadian Air Force as a navigator.
Cecil had a career with Canadian Westinghouse that spanned over
30 years. He retired in 1984 as Vice-President. Through his vision
and leadership the company experienced significant growth across
Canada. He was a mentor to many young professionals in the company.
Visitation at Smith's Funeral Home, 1167 Guelph Line (one stoplight
north of Queen Elizabeth Way), Burlington (905-632-3333) on Monday
3-5 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Paul
the Apostle Roman Catholic Church, 2265 Headon Road, Burlington
on Tuesday, October 11, 2005 at 10 a.m. Private Interment. If
desired, expressions of sympathy to Burlington Community Living
would be sincerely appreciated by the family. Vigil for Cecil
Monday 8: 30 p.m. at the Funeral Home.
