It is with heartfelt sadness, yet with peace of heart, that we convey the news of the passing of Kenneth on Sunday, January 30, 2005 at Headwaters Health Care Centre, Shelburne. Kenneth is survived by his beloved wife of 56 years Lena (née MERKLEY) and his four devoted sons, their families and many Friends. Ken's sons John (Kathy), Grant (Deborah), Allan (Faye) and Scott (Keith). Ken's cherished grandchildren: Ken, Karen, Gregg, Sarah, Daniel, Jessica, Melissa, Aiden, Celine and Adam BENNINGTON. Great-grandfather to Owen BENNINGTON, Ty, Chayse and Zoe McCALLUM, Brittany, Quinton and Marcus BARNES, Morgan and Heidi BENNINGTON. Kenneth is predeceased by his parents John and Bessie BENNINGTON, his sisters Jean TIPLING, Helen JOHNSON- URAN and Beryl BENNINGTON. He is survived by his brother William and his wife Laureen and his sister Willa SHOAFF of Alliston. The family will receive Friends at the Doney Funeral Home, 318 Main St. E., Shelburne on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service in the funeral home chapel on Wednesday, February 2, 2005 at 2: 00 p.m. Spring interment in Shelburne Cemetery. Peacefully at Sumac Lodge, with family by her side, on March 21, 2005 in her 82nd year Hazel (NORTHCOTT) EVOY. Loving mother of Wayne and Joyce EVOY, Bryan and Linda EVOY, Kathryn and Victor TETREAULT, Larry and Karen EVOY and Gary and the late Shirley EVOY (SOUCY.) Deeply missed by 15 grandchildren, Tammy and Ken LARGE, Michelle EVOY, Crystal EVOY, Jessica EVOY, Jocelyn EVOY, Stacey and Brian EVOY- SMITH, Kelly EVOY, Mike and Jan TETREAULT, Jodi and Jon KUTZ, Kris and April TETREAULT, Cory TETREAULT and friend Kandace, Victor TIPPER, Kody EVOY, Allison EVOY and Colleen EVOY. Born on the family farm in Dresden, Hazel worked at Zeller's for 25 years until her retirement. The funeral service will be held on Friday, March 25, 2005 at 1: 00 p.m. from Smith Funeral Home, 1576 London Line, Sarnia. Cremation will follow. Interment of ashes will be in the Dresden Cemetery at a later date. Friends will be received at the Smith Funeral Home, on Thursday evening from 7 to 9 p.m. and family visitation will be at 6: 00 p.m. The family wishes to thank Dr. GANNON and the staff of Sumac Lodge for the loving care they gave to Mom. Beloved wife of Norman DINSMORE for over 60 years. Loved and loving mother of Sherry (Clayton) WARMUTH, Carol (Ken) McAVOY, and Rick (Susan) DINSMORE all of London. Dear sister of Eleanor GRIST, Jean TIPPER, Don (Betty) MOLLOY, and Marg (Don) BEAL. Police identify boy killed on railway bridge

Police have released the name of an 11-year-old Mississauga boy struck and killed by a train.
Dalton TIPPETT was killed Sunday when he was hit by an Ontario Northlands passenger train on a railway bridge near Huntsville.
Police say the boy was with relatives and Friends trying to tie a rope to the bridge.
Some in the group avoided being hit by standing on a girder while others were able to run to the end of the bridge.

Dad and Best friend of Ian CARR, of Chatham. Predeceased by his daughter Cynthia. Only son of the late Douglas CARR and his late wife Eleanor MERCER and her husband Jack, of Owen Sound. Dear son-in-law of Isabel (Mrs. Harold TIPPIN,) of Owen Sound. Arthur will be greatly missed by sister-in-law Brenda McGREGOR, brother-in-law Rodger TIPPIN and his wife Kathy, niece Toni McGREGOR, nephews Todd McGREGOR and his wife Stephanie, Dylan, Jesse and Brandon TIPPIN. Peacefully after a courageous battle with cancer with loving family beside her at the Woodstock General Hospital, Shirley Ruth JONES of London and formerly of Woodstock in her 71st year, was called home to be with the Lord on August 18, 2005. Survived by her devoted husband Ron and his sons Ian and Kevin JONES of London, her special daughters Carol MacKAY and her special friend Kerry ELLIS of Brantford, Kimberley TIPPING and husband Peter of Embro, granddaughters Cassandra and Sarah TIPPING and Jennifer MacKAY of Brantford. Also survived by beloved brother Ron KIPP and his wife Ruthe, nieces Sylvia and Annalynn, nephew Stuart KIPP and his wife Shelley and special Friends Bruce and Marlene OTIS of Stratford.

TIPTON, L. Wayne (July 2, 1916-November 12, 2005)
Passed away peacefully on November 12, 2005 at St. Joseph's Health Centre, Toronto. Beloved husband of Irma (LOEWENBERGER). Predeceased by his first wife Margaret Kate (née MORGAN.) Loving father of Kenneth TIPTON (Donna), David TIPTON (Ann), Kathleen TIPTON, Ralph LOEWENBERGER (Eva), Arthur LOEWENBERGER, and Diane GRIFFITHS (Carl). Also missed by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. The family wishes to thank the staff at St. Joseph's Health Centre for their loving care. Friends may call at the Ward Funeral Home, 2035 Weston Rd. (north of Lawrence Ave.), Weston, Ontario, 416-241-4618, on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held at the Ward Chapel on Wednesday, November 16, 2005 at 2 p.m. Interment to follow at Sanctuary Park Cemetery, Weston. If desired, donations may be made to St. Joseph's Health Centre or to a charity of your choice.
