It is with great sadness that the family of Maria (Uccia) Ivis
SUPERINA announces her peaceful passing on the morning of March
31, 2005, in her 80th year of life. Daughter of the late Maria
and Giovanni
IVIS, of Pola, Italy. Beloved wife of Giuliano,
adored mother of Riccardo (Lori), Paola (Rob), and Alessandro
(Loreley). Devoted Nonna to Nicholas, Bella (Aron), Fano, Simone,
Daniel, Laura, Kate, Emma, and Margot. Her passions and deep
affection will remain in the hearts of family and Friends. Visitation
at the McDougall and Brown "Eglinton Chapel", 1812 Eglinton Avenue
West (east of Dufferin Street), on Sunday, April 3 from 2-4 p.m.
and 7-9 p.m. Funeral will be held on Monday, April 4 at 10: 30
a.m. at Nativity of Our Lord Parish, 480 Rathburn Road, Etobicoke
(west of Hwy. 427). In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made
in Maria's name to the Trillium Health Centre Foundation, 100
Queensway West, Mississauga, Ontario L5B 1B8 or to your local
arts council.
