OAKLEY, Lew Eugene
On the morning of May 21st, 2005, at Greenwood Court, Stratford. Lew was born in Toronto in 1913, the son of the late Harry and Cora (SKINNER) OAKLEY. He was predeceased by his wife Loraine (HINGSTON) in 1994, sister Josephine STARK in 1983 and cherished cat Spencer. In 1935 he graduated from the University of Toronto, Faculty of Applied Science and Engineering with an M.Sc. in Chemical Engineering. He was Vice President of Kist Canada Ltd., was a founding member of the Stratford Camera Club and past president of the Stratford Field Naturalists. Lew was an exceptionally caring and dedicated father. He will be deeply missed by his loving danghters Jane (Fred SWEET) of Toronto and Mary Lou (Stephen BOYER) of Milton, granddaughters Caitlin SWEET (Michael ROSSITER) and Sarah SWEET (Steven SUCCI,) and great-granddaughters Emma and Stella ROSSITER, all of Toronto. His kindness, humour, and intellectual curiosity will continue to inspire all those who loved him. Visitation will take place at 1: 30 p.m. on Thursday, May 26th at Greenwood Court Chapel, 90 Greenwood Dr., Stratford. The memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. with a reception to follow. Suddenly at her home, surrounded by her family, on Friday, September 23, 2005. Therese BORRELLI, dearly beloved wife of Fortunato. Beloved mother of Eliane and her husband Frank SUCCURRO and David and his wife Rose. Cherished grandmother of Diana and Tara. Resting at the Newediuk Funeral Home, Kipling Chapel, 2104 Kipling Ave., Etobicoke (two blocks north of Rexdale Blvd.) from Saturday 7-9 p.m. and Sunday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Monday, leaving the funeral home 9: 30 a.m. to St. Andrew's Church, 2547 Kipling Ave. for Funeral Mass at 10 a.m. Entombment Glendale Memorial Gardens.

DEACTIS, Peter Timothy
Peacefully, at Westminster Campus, London, on Wednesday, March 16th, 2005, with his family by his side, Peter Timothy DEACTIS of London, in his 76th year, went home to be with Jesus. Peter was a former employee of Ontario Hydro for 41 years. Pete will be missed greatly by his loving wife, best friend and his "angel" Pat. Amazing Dad and hero to his children, Tim (Janet) DEACTIS of Thamesville, Terry (Sue) DEACTIS, Jon (Debbie) DEACTIS, Dan DEACTIS, Lori (Bill) BETHEL and Linda (Stu) SUCHARD all of London. Loving and outstanding Papa to Mark, Jeff, Stephen, Paul, Karis, Aaron, Cheryl, Bradley, Andrew, Tyler, Mitchell, Wade, Abbie, Emily, Lindsey, Chelsey and Stacey. Predeceased by his parents, Joseph and Agnes DEACTIS and his four brothers, Michael, James, Joe and Tom.
Pete loved life, he suffered many physical challenges throughout his life, but he never once complained. Pete's love for life was contagious, he will be deeply missed by all who know him. As much as his family will miss him they rejoice knowing that he is free from pain at last. The family will receive Friends and family at the A. Millard George Funeral Home, 60 Ridout Street South, London on Saturday from 7-9 p.m. and Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A celebration of Pete's life will be held on Monday, March 21st at 11: 00 a.m. at Westview Baptist Church, 1000 Wonderland Road South, London with Reverend Jim McGEE and Reverend Robert W. WILSON officiating. Interment in Woodland Cemetery, London. DOBRANSKY, Michael
Passed away peacefully, at the Toronto Western Hospital, on Sunday, October 9, 2005, at the age of 76. Beloved father of Michael, Tony and Nadine. Dear grandfather of seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Survived by his sister Victoria SUCHY and brother Tony DERCATCH. Friends may call at the Turner and Porter Funeral Home, 436 Roncesvalles Ave. (at Howard Park), on Wednesday from 6-8 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Thursday, October 13, 2005 at 1 p.m. Interment Prospect Cemetery.
