MORROW, Maxine Virginia (née HUXLEY)
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our dear mother, Maxine Virginia (HUXLEY) MORROW of Chatham, on Thursday, November 24, 2005, in her 82nd year. Born in Dover Township, daughter of the late Norman and Matilda (DENOME) HUXLEY. Beloved wife of the late Fred W. MORROW (1984.) Dear mother of Keith MORROW and his wife Joanne and Brenda ROSS and her husband Marc, all of London. Dear and loving grandmother of Blythe MORROW of England and Beth MORROW of Calgary. Dear sister of Mary HIND of Chatham and the late Norman HUXLEY and Doris SPURGEON. Loving sister-in-law of Ethyl HUXLEY, Norm SPURGEON, Elda RICHMOND, Clara RICHMOND, Lloyd MORROW and the late Bob HIND. Special Aunt to many nieces and nephews. Loving friend and neighbour to Jim and Jan. MAXINE was an active member of the Heather Club and an active member and volunteer at Park Street United Church, Unit 7 and St. Andrews Residence. Family will receive Friends at the McKinlay Funeral Home, 459 St. Clair Street, Chatham, on Friday 3: 00-5:00 p.m. and 7:00-9:00 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held at Park Street United Church, 12 Dufferin Avenue, Chatham on Saturday, November 26, 2005 at 1: 30 p.m. with Rev. Curtis MARWOOD officiating. Interment Maple Leaf Cemetery, Chatham. Donations made payable to the Heather Club appreciated. Online condolences may be left at

Passed peacefully at Mount Hope Long Term Care, London on Monday, October 3, 2005 in his 94th year. Beloved husband of Valija Elizabete (SPUROVS) STANGA. Dear father of Janis (Sam) STANGA and his wife Pauline of Prince Albert, Saskatchewan, Dace (Deana) and her husband Randy PRINGLE of Ilderton, and Ildze (Ilsa) RICHMAN and her husband Wayne MERROW of London. Lovingly remembered by grandchildren, Robert (Rob) RICHMAN and his wife Kara, Dana PRINGLE, Michael and Samantha STANGA. Loving great-grandfather of Bailiegh and Dillon RICHMAN. Also survived by relatives in his native Latvia. The family would like to express their sincere gratitude for the long time excellent care provided by the Third Floor Staff at Mount Hope. A special appreciation is extended to Dr. M. EDELS for many years of outstanding care. Friends will be received by the family one hour prior to the funeral service being conducted in the chapel of the A. Millard George Funeral Home, 60 Ridout Street South, London on Saturday, October 8th at 11: 00 a.m. with Reverend Aina AVOTINS officiating. Of Penetanguishene, passed away peacefully at Huronia District Hospital on Monday, August 22nd, 2005, with her family by her side. A Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday, August 30th, 2005 at St. James-on-the-Lines, Penetanguishene. A service at 1: 30 p.m. will be followed by reception at the church hall. In lieu of flowers, it was Mum's wish that donations be made to the Anglican Parish Penetanguishene.
