Peacefully at Freeport Hospital in Kitchener, on Wednesday, May 4, 2005. Mary MacMURCHY of Hillsburgh, in her 67th year. Beloved daughter of the late Donald and Mae MacMURCHY. Loving sister of Robert MacMURCHY and his wife Carol of Bramalea, and Charlie MacMURCHY and his wife Marlene of Oakville. Long time special friend of Maria SIPAK of Hillsburgh. Dear aunt of Douglas, Raymond, Vassa, Brian, Sarah, Kelly, and Neil. Great-aunt of Jason, Michael, Melanie, Rachel, and Isabelle. The family will receive Friends for visitation at the Butcher Family Funeral Home, 5399 Main St. South, Erin on Friday, May 6th from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held at Andrew's Presbyterian Church, Main Street in Hillsburgh on Saturday, May 7th at 2: 30 p.m. with Rev. Reid CHUDLEY officiating. Interment, Huxley Cemetery. Dear mother of Judith SIPES and husband Boyd of Miramichi, New Brunswick, Paula JONES and husband Brian BRANTON of Ingersoll and David JONES and wife Debbie of Ingersoll. Dear grandmother of Catherine, Julie, Brenda, Victor and Lora; Robert and Victoria; Robert and Marsha. Dear great-grandmother of Andrea, Christine, Kaitlynn and Emilie; Rusty and Timothy; Nathan, Paul and Samuel; Hunter and Ethan; Justin; Brandon and Miranda; Joey and Kevin. Dear great-great-grandmother of Dakota, Owen, Jakob and Evan. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her sister June Myrtle LINDSAY (2005) of Beaverton. Passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on April 9, 2005 in her 77th year. Beloved wife of Bill (Vasil), cherished mother of Ted (Chris), Vangie (Bernard), Irena (Louie), Danny and George. Adored Baba of Billy (fiancée Paula), Patty (fiancé Krste), Johnny, Evelyn, Victoria, Tomia, Margaret, Alyvia and Laura. She will be sadly missed by many Friends and relatives in Macedonia and also in Canada. Visitation will take place on Monday April 11th at Heritage Funeral Centre 50 Overlea Blvd. 416-423-1000 from 2 to 4 and from 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral service 10: 00 a.m Tuesday April 12th at St. Clement of Ohrid Macedonian Orthodox Cathedral. SANFORD, Jean Mary (née LEFURGEY)
Of Maitland, Nova Scotia. Born in Summerside, Prince Edward Island She was a daughter of the late Walter and Blanche (LOCKE) LEFURGEY. At age seven she moved with the family to Western Canada. She grew up in Saskatoon and Regina. In 1942 she enlisted in the Royal Canadian Air Force and served in Canada and Gander, Newfoundland which was then "Overseas" After release from the Royal Canadian Air Force she was a member of the clerical staff at Naval Headquarters Ottawa. In 1948 she married F/L C.F. SANFORD and thereafter moved with her family on an average of every two years. Having lived in every province of Canada plus Belgium and the Netherlands, she settled in Maitland, Nova Scotia She was fond of animals and especially horses. In her youth she rode horseback quite extensively. Throughout her life her most dominant characteristic was her gregariousness. She loved to meet people, to learn about them, and to get to know them. No one was a stranger to her for more than several minutes. In later years her love of entertaining was sharply curtailed due to physical ailments. She is survived by husband Frank SANFORD; daughters, Frances Sanford SMITH (Kent,) Ottawa, Melissa SIPOS (John,) Maitland; grandchildren, Matthew and Christopher SMITH, Susan and Sam SIPOS; sisters, Helen TUOMI (Archie), Ottawa, Blanche, Regina; and brother, David (Shirley), British Columbia. Cremation has taken place under the direction of Ettinger Funeral Home, Shubenacadie, Nova Scotia 1-877-530-4930. Funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Tuesday, June 21, 2005 at the Maitland United Church with K. Wayne Yorke L.M. officiating. A service for the Order of the Eastern Star will be held just prior to the service at the church. Interment will follow the funeral service, in Oak Island Cemetery. Passed away on Sunday July 17, 2005 at Toronto Western Hospital following a lengthy illness, at age 75. Erzsebet, beloved wife of the late Jozsef. Loving mother of Joseph and Leslie. Cherished grandmother of Kristina, Joey and Sara. Erzsebet will be fondly remembered by her sisters Margit and Mariska. Erzsebet will be sadly missed by all of her Friends and family in Hungary. Resting at the Ogden Funeral Home (St. Clair Chapel) 646 St. Clair Ave. W. (west of Bathurst) on Wednesday from 4-8 p.m. Funeral Mass will be on Thursday morning at 10: 30 a.m. in St. Elizabeth of Hungary Catholic Church (Bayview and Sheppard). Interment Park Lawn Cemetery. RADA, Anna (née HUDAKOVA) (April 29th, 1916-October 6th, 2005)
(Resident of Seven Oaks Residence in Scarborough, Ontario) Passed away suddenly in Scarborough General Hospital after a brief illness, in her 89th year. Loving and supportive wife of the late Ladislav (Leslie) RADA (1977.) She will be sadly missed by her children Otto P. RADA (Margaret) of Toronto and Sonia RADA of Port Perry three loving grandchildren Steven, Mark and Melissa as well as many Friends in Canada and Slovakia. She was born in Slovakia on April 29th, 1916 to Jan HUDAK and Anna HUDAKOVA (SIPOSOVA,) both deceased. She will be lovingly remembered for her generosity by her surviving sister Margita GALGANKOVA (Ferdinand) and her brother Vojtech HUDAK (Libena - deceased) as well as her many nieces and nephews in Slovakia. Her endless generosity, kindness and charity will also be fondly remembered by her sisters-in-law Greta MARES (Eugene MARES - deceased) and Ann ROSENZWEIG (William ROSENZWEIG - deceased) as well as their children and grandchildren in the United States. As per mother's wishes, cremation has taken place and arrangements to celebrate her many achievements are being handled by The Simple Alternative Funeral Centre, 275 Lesmill Road, Toronto (416-441-1580) to be held on Sunday, October 9, 2005 at 2 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer Society.

John Adam " Jack" GREEN, 69, of R.R.#1, Embro passed away on Saturday, March 26, 2005. He was born in Zorra Township, Oxford County on March 26, 1936 a son of the late Nelson GREEN and the former Helen KERR. He was a member of Knox Presbyterian Church in Harrington where he had served on the Board of Managers. Throughout his lifetime he had a great passion for dairy farming, was a former member of Jr. Farmers and was a former Director of Embro and Zorra Agricultural Society. John is survived by his wife, the former Reta Isobelle USHER, whom he married at Embro on September 22, 1962; one son, Brad and wife Faith GREEN of R.R.#3, Embro one daughter Cheryl and husband Gary DOTZERT of R.R.#1, Stratford three grandchildren Becca, Ainsley and Aiden DOTZERT; one sister, Betty and husband James SCOTT of Stratford; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Wilfred WEAVER and his friend Pauline MacGILLIVRAY of Durham, Dorothy LAING and Norman STEWARD/STEWART/STUART, both of Woodstock Helen KEMSHEAD of London, Tony and Tina USHER of Saint Marys, John and Luella SIPPEL of R.R #1, New Hamburg; Robert and Sheila USHER of Embro. McCLENAGHAN, William " Bill"
Passed away peacefully, at the age of 82, surrounded by his family on Saturday, November 19, 2005 at Saint Mary's General Hospital, Kitchener. Bill resided at Morningside Village, New Hamburg. Born in Belfast, Ireland, he came to Canada in 1947 and later worked with Transamerica (Occidental Life) in Toronto. Bill was a member of The Salvation Army and is fondly remembered for his musical talents. Beloved husband of Joy. Loving father of Frederick and Emilye McCLENAGHAN of Porter, Texas, Maureen McCLENAGHAN of Toronto and Kerry McCLENAGHAN and Mike SIPPEL of Keswick. Sadly missed by 8 grandchildren. Of Summerfield, New Brunswick passed away at St. Joseph - Hotel Dieu Hospital, Perth-Andover on September 25, 2005. He was 72. Born in Knoxford, he was a son of the late Lee Franklin and Hazel Toms (LONGSTAFF) of Strathroy, Ontario. A devoted family man, Oulton is survived by his loving wife of 46 years, the former Phyllis Iola MONTGOMERY, Oakland; sons Dalton Edward HARRISGREEN (Kim HARRIS), London, Ontario, Leonard Lee (Roselyn WHITNEY), Fredericton, Robert Oulton (Sherry McQUADE), Summerfield, daughters Marlene Hazel SIPPRELL (Carl,) Perth-Andover, and Vickie Grace NICHOLSON (Chris,) Summerfield; brothers Leslie (Dorothy (Dot) FORSYTHE), Strathroy, Ontario, R. Franklin, Summerfield, Gideon of Strathroy, Ontario, and Wallace (Dolly (Darlene) PIERCE,) Strathroy, Ontario, sisters Leah CARLISLE (Merritt), Summerfield, and Thelma BLOOMFIELD (and her companion William (Bill) WARDELL,) Strathroy, Ontario; 11 grandchildren and one great grandchild one uncle, Stanley Oulton LONGSTAFF (Helen RYDER,) Knoxford, and two aunts, Margaret LONGSTAFF (Antworth) of Lincoln, and Joyce LONGSTAFF (Plant) of Florida; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
