Alena Marie KREJCIR (SIGMUND,) beloved wife of Jerry for 53 years, passed away on February 27, 2005 in Toronto, Ontario after a lengthy and courageous battle with cancer. Alena is lovingly remembered by her children, Paul (Tracey) of Newmarket, Ontario and Susan LANGLAIS (Garry) of Canmore, Alberta; and granddaughters Gillian, Annie and Jackie. Alena will be missed by her sister Jitka PATERSON of London, England and her brother John SIGMUND (Hilary) of Newcastle, England. Alena was born on March 22, 1922 in Czechoslovakia. She loved gardening, bridge, reading and spending time with her family and Friends. A private family graveside service will be held; a reception for family and Friends will follow on Thursday, March 3rd, at 1: 30 p.m., 2005 at York Visitation Chapel and Reception Centre, 160 Beecroft Road, Willowdale, Ontario. In lieu of flowers, kindly send donations to the Canadian Cancer Society.

After a short illness passed away peacefully on Saturday July 30th, 2005 at the age of 51. Her courage, strength and guidance were an inspiration to her family and Friends up until the time of her passing. Loving, caring wife and mother, she will live on in the hearts of Joe, Steven and Linda. Devoted daughter of Marsina SIGNORETTI and her deceased father, Marco SIGNORETTI. Alba will be truly missed by her brothers, Dan and his wife Mary-Lyn, Rob and his wife Margaret; sisters-in-law Nina and her husband Pat, Maria and her husband Felice; brothers-in-law John and his wife Liliana, Paul and his wife Nina; many special nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and Eddie. She will be lovingly remembered, forever missed and always in the hearts of all whose lives she touched. Visitation on Tuesday 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. at the R.S. Mabel Elizabeth age 94 of R.R.#2 Tupperville passed away on Sunday June 12, 2005 at Albany Retirement Residence, Petrolia. She was born in Dawn Twp. daughter of the late Fred and Fannie NEILSON) JENNINGS. She was a member of Zion Free Methodist Church and the Womens Missionary Society. She taught Sunday School for many years. Her husband Neil DAWSON predeceased in 1997. Surviving are one daughter Elizabeth DAWSON; two sons Gordon and Neta DAWSON of Corunna, Glen and Ila DAWSON of Corunna; six grandchildren: Jodi (Joel), Jill (Dave), Davina (Mike), Deanna (Mark), Greg, Ossie; seven great grandchildren: Maxwell and Molly, Grace, Laura and Carolyn, Erin and Matthew; 3 sisters: Dorcas and Carman HARRIS, Marguerite and John SIGSWORTH, Helen HESS; sister-in-law Grace DAWSON. Predeceased by a brother Harold and Ethel JENNINGS, sisters Esther and Charles LEWIS, Nellie JENNINGS, Gertrude JENNINGS 2 brothers-in-law Morris CHILDS and Harry ANNETT, son-in-law Brian MICHELIN. Visitors will be received at the Thomas L. DeBurger Funeral Home, 620 Cross Street, Dresden on Tuesday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be conducted from the chapel of the funeral home on Wednesday June 15, 2005 at 1: 30 p.m. with Rev. (World War 2 Veteran, Member of Masonic Lodge No. 659 and Royal Canadian Legion, Branch No. 34, Retired Orillia City Police Officer) Passed away at the Orillia Soldiers' Memorial Hospital on Tuesday, October 11, 2005 in his 86th year. Bud, beloved husband of the late Ethel GILBEY (née RATHBONE.) Dear companion of Fran SIGURDSON. Loving father of Susan ROSE and husband George of Mississauga. Dear grandfather of Geoff ROSE of Los Angeles, loving great-grandfather of Michael. Predeceased by grand_son David. Brother of Gladys KING of Buffalo, and the late Ivan GILBEY of Toronto. Brother-in-law of Rosina HOUNSELL and Vera and husband Harold RATHBONE all of England. Sadly missed by all of his nieces and nephews in England, New Zealand and Canada. The late Mr. GILBEY will rest at Mundell Funeral Home, 79 West St. N., Orillia, on Thursday from 7 p.m.-9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in the chapel on Friday, October 14, 2005 at 1 o'clock. Cremation will follow. A reception will be held in the Mundell Reception Room following the service.
