at Victoria Residence, Chatham. She went to be with her Lord
on Sunday, May 8, 2005 at the age of 83. Born in Holland, daughter
of the late Hendrik and Geertje

Predeceased by three brothers,
one sister and four brothers-in-law. Several nieces and nephews
also survive.
Mary came to Canada in 1952 taking up residence in Orangeville
and later Acton and then to Chatham. She was a member of Grace
Christian Reformed Church and the Ladies Society of the Church.
Family will receive Friends at the McKinlay Funeral Home, 459
St. Clair Street, Chatham, on Tuesday from 2: 00-4:30 p.m. and
7: 00-9:00 p.m. Funeral Service at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May
11, 2005 from Grace Christian Reformed Church with Reverend Paul
STADT officiating. Interment Maple Leaf Cemetery, Chatham. Donations,
made by cheque to Chatham Christian School appreciated. Online

Papa (Andrejs), son Andrejs, grand_son Peter. Mama was born in
Riga, Latvia, 1917. She immigrated to Canada in 1947 to settle
in Sudbury and then Bolton. Mama loved travel, a good story,
grandchildren, Friends, gardening, even Alaskan whitewater rafting
at age 82! She will be greatly missed. Remembrances and reception
