After a courageous battle, as a result of a stroke, Mr. Horst (Lex) REINKELUERS of London, passed away peacefully on Friday, December 2, 2005 at University Hospital in his 82nd year. Beloved husband of Margarete. Dear father of Marcus REINKELUERS and his wife Jill of Etobicoke and Christopher REINKELUERS and his wife Brenda of Kemptville. Loving Opa and Baboo of Nicholas, Louisa, Pauline, and Erich, Marc and Carly. Predeceased by his dear sister Margrit RUF. A Memorial Service will be held at Memorial Funeral Home, 1559 Fanshawe Park Road (east of Highbury) on Wednesday, December 7, 2005 at 1 p.m. Interment at Siloam Cemetery. MATTHEWS, Peter Edmund V.P. (May 1, 1956-December 11, 2005)
Peacefully, on Sunday, December 11, 2005 in Toronto, at the age of 49, after a brave and courageous battle with leukemia. Peter was the much beloved husband of Sharon and loving father of Anne and Jane. He was the son of Jean (GILCHRIST) MATTHEWS and the late John P. MATTHEWS, brother of Rosalie and Christopher (Liz) and uncle of Cameron and Miles RUFELDS, and Emily, Katie and Jack MATTHEWS. He was the son-in-law of Jean BLACK, and brother-in-law of Murray BLACK (Anne), Roger BLACK (Sandra), Janet ROMAGNOLI (Nello,) Dale WHITE/WHYTE (Doug) and Ruth TODD (William.) Peter grew up in Winnipeg and Kingston before attending Trinity College School and Trinity College, University of Toronto. Following graduation, he embarked upon a career in publishing, which led to him meeting Sharon. They had a loving and successful partnership for 25 years, which saw them raise two daughters and build their own communications and design firm. Peter's wit, strength and devotion to his family and Friends will be greatly missed. A memorial service will be held at Grace Church on-the-Hill, 300 Lonsdale Road on Thursday, December 15, 2005 at one o'clock, followed by a private family interment in Mount Pleasant Cemetery. Peter's family is grateful for the exceptional treatment and care he received from the medical and nursing teams of Princess Margaret Hospital, particularly Dr. Ken PECKHAM and Dr. Mark MINDEN. If desired, donations may be made in Peter's memory to the Princess Margaret Hospital Foundation, 610 University Avenue, Toronto, Ontario M5G 2M9.

Cathy MILLOY of Kitchener, passed away on Tuesday, February 22, 2005, at Winston Park Nursing Home, in her 76th year. Beloved mother of Mike and his wife Donna, Melissa VALLEAU and her husband Eric, and John and his wife Sara, all of Kitchener. Loving Nana to Shawn and Sarah MILLOY, and Matthew and Joshua VALLEAU. Dear sister of Margie DESVAUX and her husband André, as well as nieces Janice HABASINSKI and Denise RUFF and family. Cathy is predeceased by her parents John and Anne HABASINSKI of Toronto, her husband John (Jack) who passed away in 1987, as well as her brother John and his wife Dorothy. A Funeral Service will be held at St. Aloysius Church, 11 Traynor Avenue, Kitchener, at 11: 00 a.m. Monday, February 28th, with a reception to follow in the Church Hall. At Cathy's request, no visitation will precede the funeral. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Kitchener Waterloo Art Gallery or the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated by the family. The family announce the sudden passing of Bill WORDEN on June 5th, 2005, age 78. Bill is survived by his wife Yvonne of 53 years, daughter Carla, son Curtis (Valerie), their two children Niki and Jack, brother Richard (Kay and family), sister Joanne (Garth and family). Bill is also survived by Yvonne's family (McLACHLAN) and their families. Predeceased by his father William Frederick and mother Johanna (née STEWARD/STEWART/STUART.) Bill was a very knowledgeable person and had many talents including his love and restoration of antique cars. He grew up in Winnipeg attending Isaac Brock School, Ravencourt and Daniel McIntyre. He attended University of Manitoba obtaining his degree in Civil Engineering. Bill and Yvonne have resided in Toronto for many years. His latest and last venture was Polar Chemical Ltd. with co-partner Robert RUFFO. As requested, cremation has taken place with a private funeral. In place of flowers, donations to The Toronto Humane Society are requested. Rest in peace Bill with your beloved dog Bixie. Dear Poppy we love you and will miss you lots -Love Niki and Jack.

Formerly Rose RUFFO (née MANCUSO). At Trillium Health Centre - Mississauga, on Saturday July 30th, 2005, in her 85th year, after a long battle with congestive heart failure. Born Rosina MANCUSO to the late Gianbattista MANCUSO and Angeolina FEDERICA in Toronto on March 16th, 1921. Rose is survived by her son Valentino RUFFO of Milton, Ontario. and her daughters-in-law Patricia RUFFO and Beverly MacLAREN, her granddaughter Joanna RUFFO (Etobicoke,) her stepdaughter Maureen YOUNG (David) of Etobicoke, her stepsons John O'LEARY of Toronto, and Councilman Michael O'LEARY (Mary) of Acton, Ontario.; her siblings Evelyn BARAN (Michael) of Unionville, Val MANCUSO (Pat) of North York and Sam MANCUSO of Hanover, Ontario, sisters-in-law Vera and Evelyn. Predeceased by her husband Joseph RUFFO Sr. (1966,) her husband Alphonse O'LEARY (1982,) her sons William Anthony RUFFO (1950,) Joseph RUFFO Jr. (1995) and her granddaughter Valerie RUFFO (1997,) her siblings, John MANCUSO, Albert MANCUSO, Leo MANCUSO (Gladys), Caroline DI CICCO (Tony), Angelina FRANCHI (Sal,) and Mary GENOVA (Bill.) Rose will be missed by all her many nieces, nephews and Friends, and her many euchre and cribbage playing buddies at Franklin Horner Community Centre and King Gardens Retirement Home. A very heartfelt thank you to the nursing and support staff at the Heart Function Clinic, Trillium Health Centre, Queensway for the great comfort and care to Mrs. O'LEARY and to the management and staff at King Gardens.
